Excellent Floor System - Sweeper and Steamer
Our ground floor is all LVT and this has been an excellent addition to our household. It picks up all crumbs/ dust/ hair with the sweeper roller at the front and steams to a pristine finish. Easy to clean and refill. Very little wait time for it to heat up too. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Disappointed
So I’ve had this for a few weeks now and initially I did like it but after using a few weeks it has honestly been a nightmare. The setup smell doesn’t go away. Constantly having to clean it and re warning lights always going off mid way through cleaning it’s leaving steaks. However it does clean well but at times it leaves dirty water in the floor . Really disappointed as I steam mop 2-3 times a day and not cheap especially considering the brand I expected more. Now unsure if best to return or buy another steam mop or a different brand

Disappointed by product reliability
Initially the product performed extremely well on the first use and was impressed by the results. Unfortunately on using it for rhe second occasion, the product displayed a fault where the brush roller would not operate. I tried to troubleshoot but clearly product was like new a d so I returned my product.

Disappointing
I have many Shark products and have used a shark floor steamer for many years. I needed to replace my floor steamer as it stopped working so I purchased this and at first I was amazed by it picking up and cleaning at the same time. However it does not reach right in. I find the steam is not that good and I don't feel it cleans my floor as good as a standalone floor steamer and vacuum cleaner. I must say out of all my Shark and Ninja products I have bought this is the most disappointing and will be returning to a standalone floor steamer ASAP.

Not great.
I bought this 2 weeks ago thinking it was going to cut down my cleaning time whilst doing the floors. I have a dog and it does not pick up the dog hairs on the floor. It just makes them stick to the floor. My floors are also not clean afterwards as the brush roll isn’t powerful enough to scrub the dirt off. As for wet spillages my son spilt milk on the floor and to clean the milk up I had to empty the tray 2/3x to clean such a small spillage as it was indicating that the tray was full each time. I think this machine would work better for someone who doesn’t have children and pets and overall has cleanish floors already.

The Steam and Scrub PowerPickup is suitable for most hard floor surfaces, including ceramic and porcelain tiles. However, it should not be used on unsealed or unglazed ceramic floors. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first and check your floor manufacturer's care instructions.
The Shark Steam Mop is suitable for most hard floors, but for rubber matting it’s best to test a small, hidden area first and begin on the lowest steam setting. While the mop uses controlled steam rather than excess water, thicker or more porous materials may still allow some moisture penetration, so avoiding prolonged steaming and allowing proper drying time is recommended.

That is correct, the floor nozzle has a motor used for moving the brush-roll around.

Our SteamPickUp Hard Floor Cleaner is designed to pick up debris, gently scrub, and sanitise as it steams, all in one. Because of the steam function, you might notice the floor slightly damp when finished. However, it won't be soaked or overly wet; simply a light moisture that dries quickly.
While this unit is capable of effectively picking up hair, as well as dirt and debris from the floor, separating wet from dry materials, for the best performance and to minimise hair buildup in the roller, it is recommended to remove hair before starting the cleaning process with the Hard Floor Cleaner.
