This company hasn’t failed me yet. I have lots of S/N products and all are excellent quality and never have any problems. I use this for my kitchen/diner hard floor and it picks up stray cat hair, crumbs, bits of pretty much everything with ease whilst leaving the floors really clean with a fresh smell. Easy to use- simple plug in and push the button on the front to adjust settings, off I go. Would love to add some negatives but I don’t think there are any… I’d like to be able to add cleaning products to it but then I’d complain about inhaling them in steam form.. nothing bad to say, I love this product!

Absolutely love the new 3in 1 steam mop , it picks up debris on the floor as I mop . It leaves my kardean floor spotless . I don’t have any pets but plenty of adults making a mess .

good at cleaning different surfaces, but emptying it out is a bit of a challenge where debris gets a bit wet and stuck in every crevice. a mild inconvenience but good to know ahead of buying. was also hoping it could replace a vacuum cleaner but so far hasn't been the case.

Good product
Save a lot of time using this machine to mop, with it effectively hoovering at the same time. Plug and play easy to set up and use. Downside it does struggle on any tough stains, wouldn’t say it does a deep clean. I like the fact no chemicals are used.

Life changing
Firstly I thought it was rubbish, however after giving it some time, couple of go overs on the floor I realised it was the easiest best thing I’ve used. Say goodbye to your 3 string mop because you won’t need it anymore

Our SteamPickUp Hard Floor Cleaner is designed to pick up debris, gently scrub, and sanitise as it steams, all in one. Because of the steam function, you might notice the floor slightly damp when finished. However, it won't be soaked or overly wet; simply a light moisture that dries quickly.
While this unit is capable of effectively picking up hair, as well as dirt and debris from the floor, separating wet from dry materials, for the best performance and to minimise hair buildup in the roller, it is recommended to remove hair before starting the cleaning process with the Hard Floor Cleaner.
