Being ignorant of the internet scene, I wanted a good long term dongle because I didnt want to enter into a contract. I was unsure what all this GB stuff meant, so asked and was informed by staff in Bearwood that this was either 120GB of use or 12 months use - so I purchased this believing that I had it for a year! How wrong I was after 7wks. It would have been cheaper buying seperate as I can pick up 100GB for as little as £10, which I now do!

Really poor connectivity in some areas. Relies on mobile network so was to be expected tbh. The positive point is that it me easy to install just plug and play.

This doesn’t work and when I took it back I was told that Argos can’t take the item back due to data protection, and this was only 2 days after purchase, I’m a lifelong Argos customer, but I will guarantee the myself and anybody in my family won’t shop there again as long as I live

I bought this but the dongle wouldn’t connect to the internet. Was informed I needed to take to a Vodafone shop to enquire why. Vodafone says the SIM card works but the dongle doesn’t work, nothing they can do but sell me another product that will work, the product they have in store is better and cheaper. You are better to buy from the supplier as if there is an issue they can replace.

I have recently ended my home broadband contract and was looking for an alternative that I can also travel with. This Vodafone dongle is perfect. It worked within minutes of setting up the account and I have it on my laptop for around 10hrs a day. It's quick and does a good job. The product was delivered quickly and carefully.
