You're setting up for a home workout and need a treadmill that fits your space. This Echelon Stride 20 folds away after each session. It connects via Bluetooth to your tablet for streaming classes. You'll access 45 days of Echelon Premier Membership free. Choose from 19 programmes on the backlit LCD display. It reaches speeds up to 16kph with 12% incline levels. The tablet holder keeps your device secure during runs.
The treadmill links to your Strava, Fitbit, Apple Health and Spotify accounts. Hand grip sensors track your pulse as you move. Transportation wheels let you shift it around your home easily. The console displays distance, speed and other stats throughout your workout. MP3 connectivity plays your own music. The auto-stop safety system protects you during use.

You can pause the treadmill by using the Stop button, here is more details:
Press “Stop” button for 1st time to temporarily stop the exercise
(Pause Status). Speed goes to zero and incline stops at current incline level.
When it’s in “Pause Status”, press “Stop” button to end the exercise.
When it’s in “Pause Status” for 10 minutes or above, console goes into
“Sleep Mode” and display disappears. All data is saved at current stage.
To wake up console from “Sleep Mode”, press any buttons on the console
and display lights up again. Press “Start” to begin the exercise. Adjust the
speed and incline to appropriate setting.
If the customer is using the Echelon Fit App, then can pause a workout class they are in as long as its not a live class, the stats will remain until the press start again.

"Our equipment uses BLE to connect to our app and third party apps such as Strava and Spotify. We do have FTMS within our equipment as we connect via our Echelon Fit App to connect and transmit data for metrics."
