It does exactly what it is supposed to but we paid nearly twice the amount than the meta quest 2 docking station and that had space for the headset where as the meta quest 3s just had a docking station for the hand sets.

Both Meta Quest 3 and 3S take approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge.
While the charging dock will not reduce charging times, it certainly provides a clean, convenient and safe environment to fully charge your device!

The Quest Touch Pro controllers have rechargeable batteries, any of the other controllers will have replaceable batteries.

This charger comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, shown in pic. 5, that will charge wirelessly when in the controllers and placed on the charging dock. This saves the hassle of having to keep buying and swapping-out disposable AAs. The extended cable allows you to charge both controllers and the headset at the same time.
