A must buy for using when you shave
This mirror is the best I have ever used in all my 45 years of shaving. It has a very sturdy base which stops any accidental knocking. The mirror is tightly held in place yet can be moved easily between the ordinary mirror and the one on the other side with more magnification which my wife uses for her make-up. Well worth all 5 stars

No, also having had it since May, it has developed what look like rust spots, it’s in a bathroom which has a lot of steam and it looks awful. Had it been more in price and were it not for the lockdown, I would have asked for a replacement.

The Danielle Creations Chrome Beauty Mirror has a glass mirror and "Chrome effect" surround which means aluminised plastic, not metal.

Hi Blackrabbit. It certainly doesn't sound like plastic when I tap the mirror gently with a metal object. However, the description says "chrome effect". I would not be 100% sure that the mirror itself was glass without breaking it but it doesn't sound like plastic.
