This product does what it says it will. Deep and effective clean with odor neutralising. Left my carpets clean, pile restored and smelling great, despite owning 2 terriers who are very fond of rolling in mud!

Good cleaning
This fluid (and the machine it goes in) are extremely good at getting general dirt, hair, and pet smells out of carpets. I really don't know how people get by without a machine like this if they have pets/kids. And even if you don't, I think you'd surprised at the colour of the water that comes out of your carpets.

Doggy odour and marks
Works really well. I have 2 large dogs and a beige carpet, not a good combination. But I have no worries about this getting any marks out and the doggy odour.

We don't have a pet ourselves but often have visitors with pets. Nevertheless, we have been using this solution since buying our own Bissel carpet cleaner, around a year ago. It always leaves our carpets looking clean and bright and smelling really fresh.

yes its completely does we have 2 french bulldogs and 1 is still a puppy . its got rid of all urine smell and stains hope this helps x

After speaking with our supplier, they have advised: 'This product can be used on wool carpets, however we would recommend using on a small patch of inconspicuous carpet first to ensure to ensure that it is colourfast.'
