I can advise the Bose SoundLink Flex Gen 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Black can be used for hands-free calls. When there is an incoming call, pressing the play/pause button will answer the call, and double pressing the play/pause button will decline a call. Double press the play/pause button while in a call to end it.

This Bose SoundLink Flex Gen 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker, when connected to your phone, will automatically play any audio that is playing through that phone.
To turn off Instagram sounds you would need to do so on the phone itself, as the speaker cannot distinguish between which apps the sound is coming from.
Alexa devices can be connected to Bluetooth speakers. This is done within the Alexa app. If you ask your Alexa device how to connect a speaker it will direct you to the next steps.

The Bose Connect app that you’d use to operate this from an iPhone requires iOS 13.0 or later. This should be compatible with an iPhone 12 as that uses iOS 14.1 up to iOS 18.4.
