Great coffee machine to have at home
Great coffee machine. The only thing I think could be improved is the cup stand — it’s not anti‑slip, so when the machine vibrates during brewing, the cup can slide and the coffee ends up in the drip tray instead of the cup. The heating could also be better, as the coffee comes out only warm.

Lovely looking machine easy to use only faults I got are the tray can rattle a lot when doing the coffee and I wish the drinks would come out hotter than they do the different types of coffees and cold brew are great and the colour cyber blue is great and the milk frother and purge function are great and can use plant base milk

Great machine for easy at home barista coffee. Complicated setup but easy to follow instructions are a breeze a few hiccups with the drip tray filling up very quickly but so far not too bad.

Perfect coffee every time
I have had this machine now for coming up to a year. I love my coffee and it has to be just so - a good, original New Zealand flat white. This machine nails it every time without exception. The first machine broke down (it happens) and Ninja were right onto a replacement very quickly. Every time it makes the perfect coffee. A flat white for my Wife I blitz ice in my Ninja blender with milk, coffee and caramel syrup. This machine is so versatile and really is the best coffee machine I have ever owned. The fact that I can also get it with a Blue Light card is even better.

Impressive easy to use bean to cup coffee machine. Bought for my husband for his birthday, he loves making his own coffee with this. You can tell that this machine has been designed by a true coffee lover. The only thing I would change is perhaps making the coffee a little hotter, as there is no function to currently alter the temperature. There has also been a little bit of water leaking out of the water container at the back which we have to clear.

The ES601UK features a cold brew mode, which steeps grounds in cold water to create a smooth, fruity coffee concentrate. This can be served cold over ice or with milk.
It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.

The coffee machine can only be used with coffee beans. Coffee capsules and pods are not compatible.
Both, you can auto froth by selecting a froth style with the dial, choosing Dairy or Plant Based, then pressing Start Froth. You can also manually froth by placing the wand in the jug and holding Start Froth for 3 seconds to start steam, keep the tip just below the surface to stretch then lower to heat, press Start Froth again to stop.
