Won't go back to instant coffee or buying out anymore! The Ninja Luxe is really the most uncomplicated machine to use and I get barista style coffee everytime.

Good but inconsistent with shots ratios.
I really like this machine. It is easy to use and makes delicious coffee (when paired with medium to high roasted beans. It can’t handle light roasted beans, imo). I do have two main issues with it though. First, 9 out of 10 times it produces coffee with a ratio of 1:3 to 1:3.5 even though I set the strength to 3 (ratio of 1:2). Second, auto milk steaming is not great. It produces too much foam even with thin foam setting.

Both, you can auto froth by selecting a froth style with the dial, choosing Dairy or Plant Based, then pressing Start Froth. You can also manually froth by placing the wand in the jug and holding Start Froth for 3 seconds to start steam, keep the tip just below the surface to stretch then lower to heat, press Start Froth again to stop.

To begin dispensing hot water on this unit, press START BREW and press START BREW again to stop dispensing when you have the desired amount of hot water, or you can wait for the program to finish (the program will dispense 200 ml of hot water if not stopped).
The DESCALE indicator will light up when the machine needs to undergo a descaling process. If the descaling is not carried out after the light turns on, drink quality will diminish, and the machine may clog and stop working, as it is essential for breaking down and eliminating limescale and mineral deposits inside the machine. For best results, we recommend using the Descale Powder provided in the box and available on the NinjaKitchen.co.uk website. Alternatively, you may use a solution of 500 ml of vinegar mixed with 650 ml of water. To properly conduct a descaling cycle, follow the guidelines available in the link below.
