Rubbish..waste of money
Absolute rubbish. Coffee grind changes its mind when it wants to, Never the same twice in a row. Luke warm at the best. Have to add hot water to every cup. Water tray in the bottom needs emptying a few times in a day....don't know how as I have a coffee in the morning and I go out then when I return in mid afternoon it needs emptying......why, can you explain this. Tried a cappuccino, did everything as book said and only luke warm. Really thinking on returning for a full refund

Great coffee machine
Love my coffee machine it takes about 2 mins to make a coffee my friends and family love to pop in to have a coffee and a chat more now . The grind on the machine is so good it knows what cup you have in the holder and the consistency of the pour always has crema from the coffee beans the water is always hot and it's so easy to clean after you have made a coffee the preheat pad on top keeps your coffee hot when your waiting on your milk to finish. Would recommend this machine to anyone.

Great coffee machine
This machine is so easy to use and makes great cups of coffee. The only niggle is that it takes ages to froth the milk. Still very pleased with the machine though.

The ES601UK features a cold brew mode, which steeps grounds in cold water to create a smooth, fruity coffee concentrate. This can be served cold over ice or with milk.
It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
Yes I do.as the grinder is noisy first thing in the morning.i put a scoop of ground coffee in same as the level the grinder would.then later on I use the grinder when having a frothy coffee.when every one is up.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.
