Item replaced after 6mths - faulty steam wand
The internal line to the steam wand popped/burst after 6 months use, rendering the machine unusable. Whilst this was extremely disappointing the interrogation, return and replacement was handled very well by Ninja.

Avoid , spend your money elsewhere
I purchased one of these in July 25, within 3 months it had broke, ninja replaced this, the same thing happened again (steam coming from porta filler and not the wand) surprisingly this one lasted 6 months and the same thing happened, 3 machines with the same problem over the last 1 year, now awaiting a replacement upgrade, letâs see how long this one lasts, once they get them in stock!!

Both, you can auto froth by selecting a froth style with the dial, choosing Dairy or Plant Based, then pressing Start Froth. You can also manually froth by placing the wand in the jug and holding Start Froth for 3 seconds to start steam, keep the tip just below the surface to stretch then lower to heat, press Start Froth again to stop.

To begin dispensing hot water on this unit, press START BREW and press START BREW again to stop dispensing when you have the desired amount of hot water, or you can wait for the program to finish (the program will dispense 200 ml of hot water if not stopped).
The DESCALE indicator will light up when the machine needs to undergo a descaling process. If the descaling is not carried out after the light turns on, drink quality will diminish, and the machine may clog and stop working, as it is essential for breaking down and eliminating limescale and mineral deposits inside the machine. For best results, we recommend using the Descale Powder provided in the box and available on the NinjaKitchen.co.uk website. Alternatively, you may use a solution of 500 ml of vinegar mixed with 650 ml of water. To properly conduct a descaling cycle, follow the guidelines available in the link below.
