Great coffee maker
Made such a difference this machine. Really pleased with it!

Not hot enough (for me)
Bought this because I heard its better than my local coffee shop, tried it and tried it, now I'm back to my coffee shop...coffees are really nice, but just not hot enough for me, set on high heat and even manually steam the milk, no good, very disappointed, but on the + side somebody will get a nice Xmas present this year (if they like warm coffee)

Es701
The ES701 is great and easy to use and can make really hot coffees. I use it everyday, I used to be an instant kind of guy, now i'm just full of beans 🫘

Easy to use
Bought few weeks ago and superb

Flawed machine
No consistency with this machine. Sometimes you get the right amount, most of the time you’re messing with the dials to get the right grind. Hopper is too small, coffee doesn’t get hot enough . Wish I’d gone with a sage tbh

Great machine
Great machine well built lots of detailed instructions along with recipes. I’m starting to get a hang of grind levels, amounts etc. I’m enjoy making a delicious coffee each day and experimenting with other brews. I would highly recommend.

Good, but
The Café pro is solidly made and is easy to use after making a few different types of coffee. The one poorly designed feature is, the water bypass function when the water pressure is reached, it produces a lot of waste water, which fills the spill tray very quickly which is also hard to remove without spilling water, and of course uses a lot of water from the reservoir. The website was easy to use and pay, it was delivered very quickly and the packaging was very protective and environmentally friendly.

Can’t recommend
I have been using this machine since its release and find it is ok but honestly I wouldn’t recommend it. For starters the instructions state to use coffee no more than 20 days old for best results, which is not actually that easy to find, and it does not mention this in the product description at point of sale. This is an issue as had I known that I would likely not have purchased. This is aimed at the budget end of coffee machines and the high end of coffee beans which is a mismatch in my opinion. I have previously owned a fracino heavenly dual boiler and a delonghi specialists as well as manual machines like Rok and unfortunately this does not live up to any of them. I didn’t expect it to match the fracino but I did expect it to match the delonghi. It often has issues where it changes the displayed grind settings when turning on, and I am referring to the actual grind size here and not the “suggested size” part that is supposed to change. A few of the bits like the tray have broken down during use which have been replaced under warranty. The grind amount at 18g is a bit high for double espresso, it has never pulled a proper espresso shot with the correct characteristics of espresso relevant for the settings. For example I have to set espresso currently on the setting to pull out the most water at a grind of 3 which still often doesn’t even do a one to one extraction at 25 seconds. The milk side of things is ok but it’s a very small amount, but is not as frothed as can be achieved manually even on the top setting. It’s also very noisy on the lower froth settings. I find the tamper results in uneven angled pucks and would prefer a non sprung one. Cleaning is easy enough in all aspects. I love ninja products and rate them highly but I do feel this has let me down.

Do your homework
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machines like this are expensive, so you need to make sure you are getting what you really want. After hours of reading reviews, comparisons and general technical specs, I decided on this model. I am not disappointed. The instructions are straightforward, the machine is relatively easy to use, easy to clean, and makes wonderful coffee. Do your own due diligence or just believe this, it’s up to you!

To clarify, the Ninja Luxe Cafe ES601UK does not feature a hot water function. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
Both, you can auto froth by selecting a froth style with the dial, choosing Dairy or Plant Based, then pressing Start Froth. You can also manually froth by placing the wand in the jug and holding Start Froth for 3 seconds to start steam, keep the tip just below the surface to stretch then lower to heat, press Start Froth again to stop.
No, the ES601UK brews one espresso at a time. Brew the first shot, then pull a second shot for the next cup.
The Ninja ES601UK Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Coffee Machine features four styles of espresso: Single, Double, Americano, and Cold Pressed.
Yes, the Ninja Luxe Café is designed to work with both coffee beans and pre-ground coffee. Whether you prefer the convenience of grounds or the freshness of grinding your own beans, the machine can handle both options with ease.
Absolutely, the accessories that come with this Ninja Luxe are as follows:

Hard Water Testing Kit
To begin dispensing hot water on this unit, press START BREW and press START BREW again to stop dispensing when you have the desired amount of hot water, or you can wait for the program to finish (the program will dispense 200 ml of hot water if not stopped).
The DESCALE indicator will light up when the machine needs to undergo a descaling process. If the descaling is not carried out after the light turns on, drink quality will diminish, and the machine may clog and stop working, as it is essential for breaking down and eliminating limescale and mineral deposits inside the machine. For best results, we recommend using the Descale Powder provided in the box and available on the NinjaKitchen.co.uk website. Alternatively, you may use a solution of 500 ml of vinegar mixed with 650 ml of water. To properly conduct a descaling cycle, follow the guidelines available in the link below.

It's not recommended for these units to be stored in a kitchen cupboard or breakfast pantry, as proper ventilation is essential for correct performance. Additionally, they require wide space for brewing, access to the drip tray, and overall cleaning. They also require an accessible power outlet for connection.
The Ninja Luxe Café is a Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine: This type of machine automates the water pressure and temperature but requires the user to grind, tamp, and start/stop the extraction process. Choose from three brewing temperatures to suit different roasts: low-medium for dark roasts and medium-high for light roasts and start brewing immediately without waiting on the machine to warm up.
