Barista Quaility Coffee without years of learning
I've recently bought this machine, I went through the water hardness and calibration procedure as perscribed. It produces reliable , repeatable coffee that tastes absolutley delicious. I find this machine easy to use, even though it has a very wide range of drinks and combination's . What Ninja/Shark have done here, is produced a product that is very ingenious, in that it allows a none expert user to make Barista level coffee whilst removing all the tria and error. If you remove all the sticker's ( and put them inside your kitchen cupboard door ) It looks like a work of art sat on the side of your kitchen work top. You can probably gather I am more than happy with this product.

Amazing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine after going backwards and forwards for weeks on end, I finally took the plunge and ordered it, WOW what a machine absolutely love it, easy to set up and what a great way to enjoy coffee at its best. You get the great smell of fresh coffee throughout the kitchen where it’s set up, the machine is made from quality products and shows why it is a dear machine to buy, but well worth the money. Love it, love it, love it.

Perfect coffee every time
I have had this machine now for coming up to a year. I love my coffee and it has to be just so - a good, original New Zealand flat white. This machine nails it every time without exception. The first machine broke down (it happens) and Ninja were right onto a replacement very quickly. The wand to heat the milk stopped working. However, six months later and it has happened again with the new machine. I believe this is a known fault, and Ninja have handled this well. Every time it makes the perfect coffee. A flat white for my Wife I blitz ice in my Ninja blender with milk, coffee and caramel syrup. This machine is so versatile and really is the best coffee machine I have ever owned. The fact that I can also get it with a Blue Light card is even better. As such, I cannot give it 5 stars as the milk wand keeps failing which one would not expect on a top of the range machine, but the coffees are excellent and I love this product.
