Disappointing
Never made the same coffee twice , coffee hade a bitter taste . Tried 3 machines and now gave up and bought a de'longhi!! Which is great .

Not very happy with the machine, inconsistent grind recomendations, inconsistent drink size, water overflows, recommends more beans and water when they have plenty of both. Looks great but doesn't produce! Would I buy again - no!

Belting brew
Upgraded from a Nespresso coffee machine. I enjoyed the coffee it produced but wanted better. This Ninja knocks out the best coffee I have had from home. I use North Star coffee with it and have now saved a fortune on coffees when I'm out and about

First time owner bean to cup
Taking a little time to get to grips with machine. Easy to use however I cannot seem to get crema on coffee. Grind does vary dependant on beans I am using freshly roaster beans but use recommended selection number Milk frother is excellent. Machine does use an awful lot of water, seem to be refilling after making a couple of drinks. I haven’t tried the chilled drinks. However thus said enjoy my coffee !

Stressful coffee machines 😪
Machine recommended grind is terrible. Constant errors on adding more beans. Then grinds three times as much coffee. Worktop is a mess

Nice cup of coffee
After reading the manuel it is fairly easy to operate. Milk froths well and after experimenting with coffee beans it make a nice cup of coffee.

Had a Sage machine for a few years and it needed replacing. because the Ninja was not as expensive as a new Sage I bought the Ninja and I’m so glad that I did. Makes a great coffee and the different froth choice is a game changer. Love the fact that it has the integrated tamper
