Do not buy from Argos
Bought this item and immediately regretted it. Believe the negative reviews. The connectivity issues are true and the noise cancelling is not good! Took them immediately back to Argos and they refused to refund even though they were faulty. Go somewhere else and buy something else

Would have given 5 stars.
Wasn’t sure at first to upgrade from the Sony WF 700n and if the price difference was worth it. The mixed reviews did cause indecision to buy or not for a while. So, I decided to take a risk, there is a significant improvement to sound quality and music, comfort is good and the noise cancellation is great. Not sure if they are worth the price but certainly a massive difference in sound and noise cancelling. I put 4 stars simply that the battery life isn’t as good as the WF 700n. Otherwise fantastic upgrade.

Best earbuds i ever had
Very good noise cancellation and ambient sound. Sound clarity and quality are great. They slot right into the ear, and dont have to adjust them often. They last for days without having to charge them. Connect seamlessly.

Disappointing fit
The fit is a major problem. I can't get a good seal to stay more than 5 seconds. Most of the time, I barely have noise cancelling because of the poor fit. I've tried various tips but no luck. After using Beats Fit Pro for years with joy, this is a major downgrade. I really regret having switched.

Used about 10 times since purchase and quality is good. It may be my ears, but I cannot find the right size to fit without coming loose, so cannot trust these for running. Will use for rowing, cycling and other CV only.

Sony WF1000XM5 ANC In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds - Black 310/7962 These earbuds do not have voice control to be able to make a call. You will need to use your phone to make the call but can use the earbuds to end the call.
