Great sound quality but case battery deffective..
I have owned these for about a week or so. The sound quality is great, still getting used to the way they fit. However they have a good seal and noise cancelling works well. However. The case battery has been awful so far. It seems to provide only 4 hours worth of recharging. My earbuds have been used for around an hour, placed back in the case….the case drops to <75%. At the moment im having to charge the case daily. The earbuds outlast the case! It also seems to drain even when the earbuds are fully charged.

Anc not good for price paid. I have wh1000mx3 and no comparison. Would have returned after a week of use, but, unfortunately I had registered product. Not expecting quality to be poor for any and main reason for purchasing.

Not impressive noise cancelling and poor magnetic
I had a WF-1000XM3. Compared to this early version, WF-1000XM5's noise cancelling effect does not have a strong improvement or might be slightly worse tham XM3. Eventhough the ambiant sound mode does have a great improvement, noise cancelling is the main reason for purchasing this headset. Also, when placing the earbuds to the case, XM5 does not have a strong magnetic feeling as like XM3, and a bit loose, so XM5 always makes me worried about whether they are placed properly.

Much (much) better than my Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds, which lasted 3 months before having to send them back for a refund. They never worked properly since day 1. These Sony's however are more comfortable, smaller charger box, better sound and lighter. I could wear these all day. Love them.

Terrible Bluetooth connectivity!
Bought this item 2 weeks ago and the positives are the comfort and fit are great,the sound quality is also great but they lose connectivity constantly and I have done all the steps recommended to increase the Bluetooth connection.

Xm5 2month of experience after the xm4
They are more comfortable in wearing than the XM4 and smaller, and have arguably the same quality of sount , i liked the new semi glosy and mate design finish and the options in the sony app just perfect, there's no battery issues this time fortunately hhh in the wm4 i was already forced to change the battery once and start dying against recently and the xm5 in fact it last longer than the clames, the mice i personnaly find it beter in cals or mybe my old unit was already tired not shure about this point, the ambient mode is mybe sliiiightly wors than the xm4 but if its because of the new design and size its an acceptable trade, didnt test the xm6 yet but if its have the same qualitys with even beter fit as they publish it's perfect then

Sony WF1000XM5 ANC In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds - Black 310/7962 These earbuds do not have voice control to be able to make a call. You will need to use your phone to make the call but can use the earbuds to end the call.
