This power bank does not hold its charge
I bought this beginning of august and after several attempts concluded I will be returning under warranty. Having noticed the return policy of 1 month has expired. Could be a faulty unit

Nearly 3 full 0 - 100% charges
Great product, I have managed to get about three 0 - 100% fast charging for my mobile phone when off. However when on and in use (Maps and music) it struggles to charge, only maintains current charge. Charges laptop ok but drains pack quickly.

Great Powerbank
It's a great overall powerbank. Can provide a little extra boost to a laptop or fast charge mobile phones and tablets. The only down side is that if you want to see how much power it is outputting it takes it a minute to work out because switching the screen on disconnects then reconnects the charging.

Disappointing effective capacity
My phone has a 4400 mAh battery. This power bank has 20000 mAh capacity. I'd expected to be able to fully charge my phone four times and a little more. It effectively charges my phone only twice (actually a little less). It typically takes about 15-20% of the power bank capacity (according to its display) to charge my phone by about 50%. But when the power bank has about 40% capacity remaining, this delivers the final charge of +50% of my phone battery after which it is empty. So, either it has a non-linear behaviour or the percentage full value displayed is utterly unreliable. I've tested with two different phones and got the same general result. I returned the first power bank, thinking it faulty but the replacement behaves the same way. Definitely not worth the expensive price.
