About this product
The Hoover HP1 Corded Bagless Cylinder is a proper all-rounder that doesn't take up much space or weigh you down. At 4.1kg, it's light enough to carry upstairs without any hassle, and the compact design means it tucks away easily when you're done. The 2l bagless bin gives you plenty of room before needing to empty it, and the cyclonic technology keeps dust separated from the air so the filter doesn't clog up as quickly. The 5m cord gives you decent reach around rooms without constantly switching plugs, and there's a foot-operated rewind to keep things tidy.
The all-floors nozzle switches between carpets and hard floors, with a suction valve to help it glide smoothly across surfaces. Telescopic metal tubes adjust to your height or extend for above-floor cleaning. It includes a 2-in-1 tool combining a crevice nozzle for tight spots and a dusting brush for delicate surfaces, plus onboard storage for attachments. The 1.5m hose adds flexibility for stairs or furniture. Running at around 78 decibels, it's quieter than many cylinder vacuums. Works on carpets, hard floors, upholstery and stairs.

Had to replace my Dyson which gave up after 6 years didn’t want to spend a lot of money replacing with another This hoover is light to carry which is good also plus suction is is very good but have to open sliders as it has strong suction power the rewind cord is very strong The reason I didn’t full stars was metal hose is not long so if your tall it will be a lot bending over the cord is not long so I have to use extension lead not good when doing stairs plus when doing front room (not long ) have to use extension lead

There are two working modes:
• TEMPORARY MODE: The product will start working when you press the on/off switch and stop when released. [3A]
• CONTINUOUS MODE: To enable continuous mode you can pull switch lever back and it will click into place. To disable
continuous mode you can push the switch lever forward. [3B]
