OK for browsing; not for video calls
If you need extra data as a one off, this can be used in a dual sim phone. No contract, no credit check. Unfortunately bought specifically for a Teams meeting and the upload speed is too far low for that. Simply will freeze screens. Its ok for browsing as understand this is using download speed which is adequate. However, you are likely to struggle in any form of video call, as this needs a min of 2 mbps upload speed and sim falls far short.Would not have bought had I known this. EE advertises fast speeds, needs to be alot more specific on this issue.

Alternative data mobile router
I can’t mention my current mobile provider but was getting annoyed at poor and inconsistent service. I bought an alternate router choose ee based on reviews, popped the sim in and immediately connected. Be aware this does NOT have an allocated number which I found odd but still connects to their service. Quick delivery and cost effective ( lasts 2 months)

Good value it seemed.
Bought as data only SIM for European holiday. UK only though this is not mentioned so useless. My fault for not double checking.

Works well in a poor reception area
My home is in a very poor reception area, but this functions faultlessly, impressed with the result, and lasts a fair while if you're not constantly watching movies!

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the EE 60GB Pay As You Go Data Only Sim Card: ''EE Content lock is default set to Moderate. Content maybe blocked because of the age restriction, or the website maybe blocked even if the content you want to access isn’t 18 rated.
Default setting is Moderate - This is the default setting for new customers and existing customers who have enabled Content Lock. With Moderate you have access to social networking sites but not 18-rated content in accordance with BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) guidelines.
If you are 18, and wish to access content that is age restricted, you can verify your details and switch off the content lock in the EE app. Or if you are you are using the sim in a wifi router, laptop or tablet you can send a text by using Connection Manager. Just type 192.168.1.1 into your browser (password/user name is admin) and use the SMS message sending feature.''

If you require a data-only SIM that works also in Europe, those from 3 offer this. Per GB they are more costly but they can last longer - up to 24 months - and you have no roaming charges for fair use in Europe.
