Tried to review to give you alot of info
Bought on black friday event and saved £119 i think. Crazy money but its a watch for life and lifestyle. Its massive but i did select the biggest. Loads of info built in however there is no manual so its trial and error or watching alot of tips videos. Just did a 10k with it and need to tinker with it a little. You have to download Garmin and Garmin connect. Within these apps to can download up to 28 apps via their store, most cost money and normally about £3.99 to £5.99. You can craft you own workout via the app and send it to ths watch which i did for the 10k route, it did it as a countdown. It has huge depth to info. You get satellite guidance and you can add contacts to the watch so they get notified if you have an accident. Adding numbers seems a pain though. I received a call and it only came through the watch even though i had my earbuds in. I believe there is a satellite subscription if you want to take that however you dont need to. It has a torch built in with 5 different levels of brightness, 2 of these modes are red and the others are white. You can set the torch to flash when you run too. Overall its an amazing watch that can do it all, just crazy expensive. Oh and if you want another watch strap the Garmin own via their website are tre expensive. You get a little power cable to charge the watch, a usbc to the weird port the watch has. I bought a usb to the weird port as cable they provid is very very short. Straps are about £12 to £35 on amazon and cables about £3 to £16 depending on what your're lookimg for.

Couldn't be without it now
Purchased a month ago, it's a very handy watch. The flashlight is brilliant, the features of the watch are second to none. Gps, navigation, fitness feedback. It's kept me from sitting on the couch and actually investing time in myself. I would recommend this or similar.

Upgraded my Garmin!
Recently upgraded from my old Garmin Fenix 6X to the Fenix 8 AMOLED and have been thoroughly impressed. The unseen inference has advanced tremendously since the 6X and the touch screen functionality makes it a lot easier and intuitive to use. The battery is impressive and lasts well, even when used every day - the feature that times out the screen and reinstates on motion is great and conserves energy. I am one of those people that use this as my everyday watch and also for sports (running, cycling and swimming) its proving to be robust and heard wearing and able to take the odd knock here and there with literally no marks. Also impressed with Argos and the pre order process for this product, was very easy and hassle free!
