About this product
All hands on deck for an island-hopping adventure starring Mario and Luigi!
The brothers return for a brand new adventure on the high seas! Set sail with Mario and Luigi on Shipshape Island (part ship, part island) and journey through the vast world of Concordia. Launch out of Shipshape's cannon to visit, explore, and quest your way through islands that range from tropical rainforests to bustling cities.
Meet new friends along the way, like Connie and Snoutlet (who's definitely not a pig), and encounter familiar faces from the Mushroom Kingdom like Peach and Bowser, who may help you on your journey!
You'll have to rely on Mario and Luigi's brotherly bond to succeed. Use Bros. Moves to get past obstacles while you explore, and powerful Bros. Attacks in a dynamic twist on turn-based combat. You'll need every edge this 'brothership' will give you to save the day!

Very old school, videos are very misleading.
Brought for my little boy and its nothing like it shows on the video. If you're wanting something like 3d world graphics don't buy this game. This games not been played since we first go it.

Basic and repetitive
I had enjoyed some of the previous titles in this series, but I'm afraid to say this one was very dissapointing. The story is utterly uninvolving, none of the wit and humour that had appeared before is present. There are many, many characters but they are rarely distinct and I had a hard time caring about any of the story beats, if indeed there were any. The map is a disgrace, the map mechanics (on the boat) are even worse and it's a royal trudge to use. The combat is so, so repetitive that you dread it happening. Some special moves appear but there aren't that many of them and some require jedi-like relfexes using the shambling controls. Speaking of which, you control both brothers but the controller configuration (not changeable, I believe), make it impossible. I went past dissapointment with this game into hatred. It was only because another member of the family refused to give it up that I played it at all. A shambles, every other Mario game is better.

Brilliant game
This is a brilliant game, an excellent edition to the Mario and Luigi series. Will be fun for players of all ages due to its very fun story, easy to grasp controls and just right level of difficulty.

Mario & Luigi: Brothership
Excellent addictive turn based rpg from the famous mario bros, the mechanics and gameplay are very fluid and continues the fun from the previous mario & luigi rpg series. This game looks great in hd and on my switch oled and I’ll recommend this game as an essential switch game
