Going for higher spec to improve coverage
It’s a good router but I found that coverage was not much better than the Sky modem hence returned it and will be buying the higher spec AX3000.

Does The Job!
I've been using this router for a week, and it does the job. The engineer installed it, but think it would have been easy enough to do judging by the instructions.

Hi,
The Archer AX12 is a pure Wi-Fi router. It does not have a built-in VDSL or fibre modem. It connects to the internet via its yellow Internet (WAN) Ethernet port.
You will connect the Archer AX12’s WAN port to the Ethernet port on the equipment OneStream provides (either the ONT or their router).

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the TP-Link Archer AX12 AX1500 Dual Band Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 Router: Currently, routers do not automatically switch between bands.Currently, such a function is not available either.
Only the backend devices may automatically switch, such as some smart devices like mobile phones.
