I bought this few weeks ago, just because Christmas. I bought because of the 2 compartment, however the heat doesn’t distribute despite putting few items in the tray. It’s doesn’t cook evenly, the heat doesn’t circulate but I like the design. I’ve already use it so I’ll keep it. If not the design I wouldn’t spend that much money.

Space saving design leads to inferior cooking
I’ve had this for a year now, and although he works it is definitely inferior to the side-by-side in terms of evenness of cooking. This is due to the heating elements being at the back of the fire and not directly above the food so you do tend to Not get as hot as quicker cook and the heat distribution is uneven.

Loved the stack levels and less counter space
Great design, large enough to cook for family when using all layers. Crisp plate very useful can also be positioned at bottom or mid level. Buttons - temp and timer easy to set and reset. Modes useful such as roast and reheat. Only downside to model is food does not cook evenly unless you move/ shake food at least 3 times during cooking. For us it’s ok as the benefit of not taking up as much counter space is worth it. Be mindful of short power lead and space needed between device and things around it(it gets very hot) we have an empty corner which was very useful and looks pleasing to the eye. Used to cook all sorts of food - nothing a google search can’t sort. Be brave and adventurous but remember to shake turn often for an even cook.

Great ninja for me and my family
I waa bought this for christmas, and after reading the bad reviews I was disheartened. So watched a video review and its common sense on alot if it to get the best out of it. I like to check my food and move it around, turn it over etc so that took the uneven cooking problem as I do even rotate it in my oven. Cooked chicken tenders in it and chips and wings and with the shake and rotate it cooked perfectly and crispy and evenly. Also with the timing.. I leave it to preheat a few minutes then add the food, some reviews are saying how it takes ages. All systems to need to pre heat so another thing I wasnt challenged with. My only thing would be yes the trays are fidley to remove, but will get the hang of that im sure with practice. Its quiet enough for me, not as loud as my over ninja maxi grill to be honest. I will wash by hand and leave to dry as thats not an issue. Also used a liner which stated to put in with food when ready, not before and worked perfectly with the turnover and shake.. so less washing. All in all, im actually happy with it and will be using it alot.

Kitchen game changer
Bought this a couple of weeks ago in preparation for Christmas dinner and it’s a game changer. The racks mean you can essentially cook 4 things at once and you can sync the drawers so everything is done at the same time. No more stress about making so many different components I can just bang it all in the air fryer. So easy to use and also very easy to clean afterwards

Yes, you can cook microwave meals in this air fryer. We aren't able advise on cooking instructions without seeing the exact meal, but we'd advise choosing the temperature shown on the packaging instructions and checking the meal intermittently as it cooks. You can do this by pulling the drawer out to temporarily pause cooking.
