About this product
The Habitat Moana TV Unit keeps your living room organised while supporting screens up to 70 inches. It's a two-door cupboard with open shelving, so you've got space for your media player, games console, and all the bits you need within reach. The doors hide away clutter and keep cables out of sight. The frame's built from solid board with metal legs that keep it stable and lift it off the floor for easy cleaning underneath. The forest finish adds a touch of colour without overpowering your space, and the golden metallic handles and legs give it a bit of character.
The cupboards have plenty of room inside for storing remotes, controllers and spare leads when you're not using them. It'll take a TV weighing up to 30kg, that's proper support for larger screens. The metal legs are positioned to spread weight evenly and prevent wobbling. Self-assembly's needed, and it's a two-person job to put together, all fixings are provided. Covered by a two-year guarantee.

Challenge to build
This tv unit looks great but was very challenging to build. In particular, attaching the feet is difficult - there are no pre drilled holes, and no indication of where to place the screws - without a drill it’s almost impossible and made it quite frustrating.

Looks great, assembly not ideal.
The unit looks great, but the assembly was a challenge as you had to guess where the panels were to attach the back board which resulted in damaging the inside panel. There were no pre-drilled holes to attach the legs and therefore we had to drill holes ourselves and measure accurately to make sure they were all the same position in each corner and middle, which wasn't ideal.

Looks okay for the price but the quality is poor
For the price it looks nice but while building it I had a few issues, mainly that the coating in the furniture is very thin and brittle. While screwing in the screws by hand I found a lot of cracking/flaking and in a few places the cracking is visible

Nice looking unit
Nice looking unit . Dread to think hoe many people have been frustrated in putting it together though A simple cardboard template would of helped when it comes to aligning the leg supports Also pre drilled holes could easikly have been done by the manufacturer where the door handles go rather than leave it to the customer with a big risk of the mdf slitting on the outer side of the door Fortunately I am a joiner but amd spotted these flaws but for someone who is less experienced in DIY im sure it was a headache being confronted with this I wouldn't recommend to a friend on the grounds of the comments I have raised
