I bought this to relace my old vacuum, and I am really pleased with it. It has a strong pick up, and brings my carpet pile up like new. It is a little heavier than my old machine, but still quite manageable.

Excellent cleaner for what I want.
I bought this cleaner recently and find it works beautifully. I love how the suction changes depending on surfaces it runs over. It is compact to store in a cupboard when not in use. I do find it a bit top heavy as the motor it at the top of the handle, but I took a chance with this. The only niggle is that the battery doesn't run for long and I need to recharge it every time I clean, but maybe the weight of a sturdier battery would be too much of a compromise. It is easy to empty and overall I am pleased with it.

I have had this around a month... It's quite a heavy motor but I don't mind that and the battery life is short but long enough for me... Who wants to vacuum for that long anyway. I am hoping it will prove more long lasting than the Dysons I've had. Being Miele I'm hopeful

Excellent vaccum cleaner
Bought this after research and am very pleased. It has excellent suction and picks up cat and dog hair easily. Lasts for about 40 minutes on one charge which is adequate for our small house.

Battery doesn’t last longer than 20 mins
I am disappointed that the battery is flat after 20 mins hoovering so not very impressed at all! It is supposed to last closer to an hour but that’s not the reality.

Bought a few weeks ago and so pleased I did. Took advantage of RED offer so even better. I have always purchased Miele vauums and this one does not disappoint it's easy to use surprisingly good battery life I can whizz around our 4 bed house(on low power , sufficient to leave carpets and wooden floors looking great ) Easy to manoeuvre and empty no complaints whatsoever.

Having checked I can see this does not have any anti hair wrap feature but on checking the manual I can see it is easy to keep the brush head clean. You may wish to check customer reviews to see how other customers find the vacuum performance.

Apologies for any confusion caused but the Miele DuoFlex HX1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner should initially be charged for 4 hours to ensure it is fully charged. It is recommended to allow the battery to run down completely before recharging it. In this way, you will benefit from the battery’s full capacity.

I havent yet put the wall mount up and it stands perfectly fine in the corner of my living room! Were Due to move soon so Ill probably mount it then but it isnt really essential as its pretty balanced to be fair!
