Battery doesn’t last longer than 20 mins
I am disappointed that the battery is flat after 20 mins hoovering so not very impressed at all! It is supposed to last closer to an hour but that’s not the reality.

Exceeds all expectations
Bought a few weeks ago and so pleased I did. Took advantage of RED offer so even better. I have always purchased Miele vauums and this one does not disappoint it's easy to use surprisingly good battery life I can whizz around our 4 bed house(on low power , sufficient to leave carpets and wooden floors looking great ) Easy to manoeuvre and empty no complaints whatsoever.

Great suction
I’ve had various cordless cleaners over the years. I decided to buy Miele because of their reputation for not dropping to bits! I can’t believe the suction of this machine, automatically adjusts from thick pile to thin pile carpets. Battery life could be better when on full power but it’s a price worth paying for clean carpets. Doesn’t leave anything behind eg spilt lentils etc all cleaned away. Up to now I’m very happy with my purchase.

Cleans carpet really well
My house has carpets and rugs of various thicknesses... and a dog. Previous vacuums have not cleaned well or been too heavy for me. This Meile is the answered to my prayers, it does a brilliant job leaving the carpets like new, thick rugs or normal pile it adjusts itself. The dust compartment is small and I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. Overall it is wonderful to have vacuum that does a great job and is easy for even an older person can use with ease, a bit heavier than my dyson stick but far superior clean so overall easier. Quieter as well.

Having checked I can see this does not have any anti hair wrap feature but on checking the manual I can see it is easy to keep the brush head clean. You may wish to check customer reviews to see how other customers find the vacuum performance.

Apologies for any confusion caused but the Miele DuoFlex HX1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner should initially be charged for 4 hours to ensure it is fully charged. It is recommended to allow the battery to run down completely before recharging it. In this way, you will benefit from the battery’s full capacity.

I havent yet put the wall mount up and it stands perfectly fine in the corner of my living room! Were Due to move soon so Ill probably mount it then but it isnt really essential as its pretty balanced to be fair!
