Great doorbell
Great replacement for our old wireless one that used to ring randomly when no-one pressed the buzzer. It's great that you can still use the socket it's plugged into for other appliances.

Incredibly easy to use and put in place. Good selection of rings, again very easy to select ring required and volume required. Bought two, one for my mother who is deaf and I was to get sound loud enough for her to hear.

Mine was faulty and unsafe
Let off and incredibly loud bang and smelled of burning when I was setting it up. No problem getting a refund but only wish a better made more expensive alternative was available. Happy to pay more money for it not to be ‘made in China’

Getting the battery cover on is a tad challenging! Other than that, a good doorbell.

Ideal as a remote doorbell
The chime is loud on max and can be adjusted to suit. Very handy that the socket can still be used to plug something else in if needed. Only issue was trying to get the battery cover back on the bell push after fitting the battery, but as other buyers have said, bend the side contact back a little bit and the battery will fit properly, allowing the cover to be closed.

The self-adhesive pad may not be strong enough on rough or porous surfaces like concrete or stone, especially in outdoor conditions where moisture or temperature changes can weaken the bond.
For a more secure and long-lasting hold on those surfaces, it’s recommended to use the screw fixings provided.

Having checked the instructions. There is a button on the side of the plug, the volume can be changed and muted.

I took the back off the bell push and as you look at it on the right hand side in the middle is a button, press that. It got the chimes working but iI didn't manage to set the chime I wanted. I pressed the button to go through the chimes and left it on the one I wanted but it went back to the default.
