Well preforming product
I bought this product several months ago and held back my review so that I could give a honest review. I can speak for everyone in my house hold that is the best microwave we’ve had in a while simple to used great capabilities and professional look. Makes our kitchen uniform. The only thing I can complain about is the that the sound it makes when it’s done isn’t loud enough but that could be down to me as I have bad hearing 😂.

Microwave with a Short Life
Bought this a few years ago, microwave function has stopped working, now out of warrenty. This also happened to the previous Samsung microwave. Its replacement will not be another Samsung.

Poor quality!
Broke after only 4 years of not much use!! It was fine while it worked but I feel for the price it should last longer than 4 years. The grill aspect works but the microwave does not heat up at all. For the price of the call out, I can buy a new microwave.

Good microwave, except the door is very dark, so hard to keep an eye on food if boiling over.Bad design.

Works great, but can't look inside.
The microwave does everything it should and more. Sadly the lightbulb inside is completly useless - very dim, can't see anything. Burned alot of food because of this critical designflaw.

Complicated controls
Had it a few months now and don't like it. You had to input food weights into my past microwaves but this just has default settings. It has a brief guide just inside the door but you need a magnifying glass to read it. Got fed up with it and just tend to stick everything on the baked potato setting. Perhaps it's me being a poor cook. And as others have said, the interior light is pointless as you can't see thru the door.
