Have had several of these shavers before, product good value. Easy use, giving a reasonably close shave. I must admit instead of trying to replace foil/head, I find it's just as cheap or cheaper to buy another shaver. Great thing about this purchase was it was special offer. Fast and easy to collect and order.

Bought this and tried it couple of times, but not really for me, Xoukd do with a stronger one, don’t feel it’s strong enough for me, hasn’t removed my stubble on legs, I will my granddaughter have this, and look for something better for me, great shaver probs for someone else, each to their own, , no good for me, Great for someone else I’m sure

Does the job but its quite weak and using for too long will make it get hot and turn off. Okay for occasional use but if you want it for more than this I'd put the money towards something else.

Great Shaver
I’ve had the shaver a month or so, as a hairy person I would to go over my legs every couple of days. As this shaver shaves really close leaving my legs smooth I’m now only shaving about once a week.

The manufacturer advise that before starting you make sure that the skin is perfectly clean and do not apply any cream or body milk.

Hi Sam.....Just received Argos's email.
I've searched through the instruction book that came with mine and under the heading "Preparation of the skin" it advises: " Do not apply any cream or body milk".
In fact, I use a small amount of soap before shaving and it hasn't seemed to have done any harm !!

I don’t think it would be suitable for hair on the head

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: the standard states that children from 8 can use this appliance type provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

This would be perfect as the shaver is quite gentle compared to some IV experienced over the years-and although its battery the batteries last a long time.
Purchased as a extra for taking on holiday but so happy I now use all the time
