The CombiZone feature lets you merge two zones into one large cooking area at the touch of a button, giving you space for bigger cookware without compromise.

Excellent Induction Hob

I needn't have been as it really is super easy to use & heats up exceptionally quickly whilst just as quick to reduce the heat down when required. Very impressed with it. I definitely would recommend it.

Bosch PW611BB5B Induction Hob
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, it's an induction hob which is a big step up from the previous gas hob. The ease and speed of cooking is amazing, the combi zone was a huge plus which I'm looking forward to using. Having to upgrade some pots and pans for compatability with this device is a minor inconvenience compared to all the advantages it brings. I would advise getting a heat resistant protector to cover this and avoid scratches.

Great purchase, easy installation, easy to use
Order and delivery are flawless. Everything went according to plan. I've had the hobs for 5 months now and very pleased with it. Easy to clean and control the power levels. The combine zones are great. Like other comments before, you need to choose pans and pots about the right size for the other two zones, other than that, it's no fuss using the hobs. Surprisingly easy to transition from gas fire hobs to ceramics, honestly I don't miss the gas fire hobs at all.

Not impressed
I had previously Beko induction hob and it was half the price and more intuitive. This Bosch is expensive downgrade in my view. Reasons as follows: 1. The interface is congested and lacks clarity. 2. You have to press buttons to increase power - slider would be much better. 3. The buttons are not sensitive enough. Not the best investment. I hoped for better features but I recived what I would get for much cheaper brand like Beko for half the price. Overall 3 stars because it does what it should in the end.

Very disappointing
Worked well until using 3 pans at the same time, I know induction hobs click and buz, but this was ridiculously loud. Only 2 rings came on, the third wouldn’t get past 2, which wouldn’t even boil water. Eventually completely stopped working. Stood in the kitchen with 2 hungry children. Useless. Avoid

Hi there.
If you already have a Gas Hob and want to purchase an induction hob, the installer would not fit this. They will only fit the same type of appliance.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Bosch PWP611BB5B Induction Hob - Black.
All 4 rings can be used at the same time on the PWP611BB5B. The available settings depend on the maximum power of the hob (13amp). Each zone will only allow you to use the setting within the power available. You will not be able to use all four zones on maximum power at the same time.

This hob is equipped with a UK 3 pin plug for an easy plug & play installation. The plug limits the maximum power output to 3.7 KW. For higher power output, please select a hob without plug and ensure installation is carried out by a qualified electrician.
