About this product
Enjoy greenhouse gardening with the Harmony 6 x 8 greenhouse. This fun-sizedgreenhouse includes a perimeter, rust resistant galvanised steel base, adding structural support, stability, and alignment. It's made of crystal-clear, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate panels, that are simple to slide and lock into position, and a rust-resistant powder coated greenaluminium frame. The greenhouse's vent window helps maintaining the desired temperature and humidity levels and provides ventilation. The product is not sold in Northern Ireland.
Virtually unbreakable crystal-clear polycarbonate panels provide over 90% light transmission yet block harmful UV rays; 100% UV protected panels do not turn yellow or become brittle over time; Strong, green powder coated, corrosion resistant aluminium frame for long lasting durability.

Once up green house if fine ..... but. ..... took three adults 8 hours to put together ..... limited instructions and every piece is individual every nut bolt etc it you do not have exactly square side struts will not fit ..: windows could be better quality opening window and flimsey ..... but as the saying goes you get what you pay for .....!

I bought this as a 'starter greenhouse' but was pleased that the quality was better than I had expected. Everything fitted together perfectly (no burrs or missing holes), all of the parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow. I was aware that the doorway was a bit low for me (I am 6' 1") but as the garden has a generous slope I had decided to level the ground and raise the greenhouse on timbers to avoid any damage when using the lawnmower or strimmer with weed suppressing sheet and 10 mm chippings on the floor with slabs in the centre, honestly it looks spot on, if I say so myself. Would I recommend this product, yes certainly and looking forward to it's use. Any improvements, I would suggest using 6 mm stainless washers on the bolts....

Great Greenhouse
Great greenhouse and quality. Initially I was sceptical about the polycarbonate glazing, but it's extremely tough stuff and easy to clean down/maintain, unlike my last greenhouse which was made of glass. Only downside, I'd make sure you put plenty of time aside to put this up and don't do it on your own like I did!

I have to admit that I found it a bit lightweight and flimsy, but despite my misgivings and some very windy weather, all is well so far. Very attractive to look at and a good size for my needs. I'm a bit concerned regarding how it would stand up to a lot of snow, but only time will tell. Quite pleased with it overall.

The Palram Canopia Harmony Green Greenhouse is designed to be placed directly on the ground.
Therefore, yes, you can erect the greenhouse directly onto grass.
Base or foundation must be flattened, leveled and prepped prior to installing. The product must be built on a level surface in order to perform properly. We do recommend using concrete or wood deck as base.

The Palram - Canopia Harmony Green Greenhouse must be built on a solid level surface in order to perform properly. We recommend using concrete or wood deck as base.
Secure the product to the solid base of your choosing using suitable screws and plugs or masonry anchors. (Not supplied)

The supplier has advised the following on the Palram - Canopia Harmony Green Greenhouse - 6 x 8ft:
“ You could replace it with glass assuming dimensions and weight match that of the Polycarbonate BUT we would not recommend it at all and it would void the product warrant as the product was not built for glass. ”
