Extra drying option for difficult-to-dry loads - The Extra Dry function makes the drying time at the end of a cycle last longer and boosts the temperature so even items like plastic containers are dry.
Want to speed up a cycle? Combine your preferred programme with the Speed Perfect option and the run time will be shortened by up to 66%. Does not apply to pre-rinse or express programmes. Silence whenever you need it - The Silence on demand function is activated via the Home Connect App and reduces noise for up to 30mins while the dishwasher keeps on running.

Great features, helpful app, powerful dishwasher
Great slimline dishwasher -- the Home Connect app definitely brings this machine into higher standing. This can really handle an intensive full load well. I do wish there was a Hygiene-plus button on the front, as well as a pre-prinse (instead of just a favourite button defined via the app), but hey-ho, that is the point of the extension of data. Being able to set the rinse-aid dispense level in the app is also absolutely key to controlling streaks and residue with varying loads while using the all-in-1 detergent capsules that include additional rinse-aid. This dishwasher is turning out to be a highly effective machine that was user friendly to install and trouble-free in operation (probably even easier to manage with powder instead of combo tablets, psst: checkout Technology Connections + EcoGeek Dishwasher Powder).

Another fine Bosch
Want to give it 4.5 really. Bought to replace our old Bosch 2 as it has been so good for the last 10+years. It still cleans very well, but we are getting some moisture left on the inside of the door. Not something that happened with the old one. It seems to be getting better so I'm hoping that after a few more cycles it clears up. Another minor negative is that I thought we could use it without connecting the Wi-Fi as I honestly can't see the point. However, I couldn't finish setting up without connecting it. There must be a way, but by the time I'd finished connecting the hardware I just wanted it done and couldn't be bothered trying to find out how. Dishwasher itself is very quiet in cycle except for the solenoids operating for water supply.

Not the simplest of machines to operate - not sure wifi connection s needed either - not a good idea to have appliances on when not in the house. Dishwasher seems to operate either door open too!

My Experience with Bosch Dishwasher
I bought the Bosch Series 2 dishwasher last month, and it was installed about two weeks ago. So far, I'm really pleased with it. It's simple to use, runs very quietly, and cleans everything beautifully. Even when load it up with greasy pans and plates, everything comes out spotless and dry. The layout inside is practical the adjustable racks make it easy to fit larger pots and awkward dishes. I also like that it's quite energy and water efficient, which is great for keeping running costs down. The controls are straightforward and easy to understand. I do think it could use a few extra features like a faster drying setting, but for everyday use, it's more than enough. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The Bosch Series 2 feels sturdy, reliable, and perfect for regular household use. It's made my kitchen routine so much easier, and can already tell it's built to last.

Works well
This replaces my previous Bosch dishwasher which died after 7 years (heating element) The button type programming is not as easy to use as the version with knobs- I have to reset each time I use it and it’s definitely more complicated. Slightly noisier than my previous one. So far works well though.

Old v new
Previous dishwasher was a siemans ( same company) this one being a Bosch, we are amazed at the difference, this one being so much better by leaving all the load sparkling. I'm sure that the tablets we use are playing a big part too. There's no getting away from the upgrade to the machine. The different programs are tremendous. We can't praise this model enough
