Terrible, most ineffective iron I've ever used
Absolutely useless, so disappointing. Best part of this iron is the wind up and store plug, as for temperature, completely hopeless. 90% of my ironing is 100% cotton and you'd barely know a pillowcase or shirt it has been near an iron. No means of altering the temperature, my usual wet finger heat test on the bottom doesn't even raise a hiss.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Absolute rubbish. I failed to read the box and didn't realise it only had one temperature setting. It says it's suitable for all ironable item, this is definitely false. Its really not fit for purpose and in my opinion shouldn't be sold. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw your money away.

Very capable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a really handy iron - and it comes in my favourite colour too! I found it to be very easy to use, pretty intuitive. There is a very useful area at the back which allows for a neat storage of the wrap cord and the plug. Once plugged in, the iron heated up very quickly and the temperature was very easy to control. I found the shape of the iron helped me getting into tight and small areas, especially when ironing shirts and blouses. Once I was finished, I unplugged the iron and stored it safely until it cooled down. Overall the iron seems very durable and capable to tackle even the more difficult pieces of clothing. With the additional options of steam and water spray ironing was almost a pleasure!

Brilliant Iron
Used this iron several times and cannot find fault. Always had Russell Hobbs but this is the best yet. Easy to store, easy to fill with water and glides through the ironing.

No Gem. it doesnt have a knob to turn. Apparently supposed to work on different materials automatically, but I dont trust it. Have taken it back.
