Brilliant product
So easy to use and really cleans my home without use of chemicals. My home smells so fresh n clean.

Uncomfortable handle, but otherwise good
I've used this a couple of times and it works well. However, the handle is not smooth, but ridged for some reason. Both times I have ended up with a blister at the base of my thumb. Really wish this was more comfortable to use. I shall have to remember to wear a thick glove next time. Shame though

It's good, overall. Splutters out a bit of excess water before it gets going, so be mindful of that, as it can be hot. If I am being picky, as it is all made of plastic, it can feel a little cheap. It was disappointing that the carpet glider didn't come with it too, which cost me extra.

Super steam cleaner
Bought this steam cleaner after much thought. I wanted to try and reduce the amount of chemicals I use in the home. So far so good. It has cleaned difficult areas to reach in the bathroom. Quick and easy to use but really happy with the results and I am using less chemicals.

Very easy to use great product
I bought this product around 2 months ago and have been using it daily, awesome for deep cleaning any dirt grime in your kitchen, bathroom tiles or anywhere else i use it for literally everything and the fact that it has wheels makes it so much easier to work with. I definitely recommend buying this makes life so much easier.

Easy to use, not too bulky to move around.
Easy to use. Just add water and steam. A good range of tools, but so far I have only used the smaller tools. Easy to get into small places, not a cumbersome monstrosity

Leaves puddles, poor on floors
I’ve used this 2 or 3 times. I liked my previous Polti Vaparetto better even though it was less user friendly and took longer to heat up. The power on this is very weak when mopping the floor and it leaves quite a bit of water on the floor too.For this reason my mop is quicker to use. It performed ok on grout cleaning but again left puddles of water.

Prior to treatment with the cleaner, always check the reaction of the textiles in an inconspicuous location. Steam at first, then let dry and then check for colour or shape changes.
