A great purchase!
Bought this last week as my old hotpoint one had stopped working after a long time. This was the same size as the old one. Took roughly 6 hours to use. Would advise 4 hours for it to settle switched off then 2 hrs with it switched on so the freeze and temperature can set. The water dispenser was easy to use. This fridge freezer is more 60/40 ratio but the freezer had ample space for me as i also have a deep freezer unit anyway. Also to note that there is no temperature setting for the freezer but it is automatically at a frozen temperature anyway and there is a super freeze setting that you can use. But the fridge temperature can be adjusted. When first using the fridge sides can get really hot and took over 24hrs to cool down but this was to be expected (after a google search). The noise was minimal and barely hear a thing from this. The vegetables and fruits are still fresh after a week. The temperature of the water/ drinks are perfect. The fridge door shelves is spacious and is able to hold a 4pint milk and a bottle. Very happy with this purchase. Delivery also arrived at an earlier time on the day so was happy about that as it meant i can use the fridge quicker. The delivery people was helpful and delivered it straight to the kitchen. Please note that the manual is in the fridge and was not very informative and would be better to check online first for more details about this product.

Absolutely spot on!
I purchased the older version of this fridge freezer (silver) 9+ years ago, and still ran fantastically it was a 50/50 model. As my children have all left home, I decided to treat myself to a new black 60/40 design. I was so pleasantly surprised at how spacious inside, it's deceiving from the outside. It is very quiet and I love it. Hisense was an unknown brand when I purchased my previous fridge/freezer, I now own 2 TV's and a washing machine all from Hisense. Buy with confidence from this brand. I highly recommend 👌 5*

Absolutely love my fridge/freezer. Great space and storage. Door storage great, plenty room to store milk, found other appliances not able to do that. Water dispenser a great facility. Wine/ juice storage great. Shelves and fruit/veg drawer large and very deep. Freezer has good storage for my needs but may not be enough for a large family.
