Great little window vacuum
Replaced the previous yellow version with this one and it's great. Much lighter and easier to use. You don't have to take the head off it to empty the water tank. Seems to keep its charge well too and much quieter. Great suction as well.

Great size, easy to use and super efficient
I bought this around 3 weeks ago to replace my old broken Karcher washer. We use it to clean off the shower daily. This model is smaller than the one we previously had and we were not sure it would be as good. However, we are thrilled with the smaller model which is easier to use as mot so heavy and still collects enough moisture. We thoroughly recommend this product.

Wishing I'd bought it sooner
I've had this about 3 weeks and it's made a real difference. It leaks a bit of you tip it up, but overall I mow have dry windows. My windows get heavy condensation and it's really made a difference. I've already recommended to others.

Works a treat but …………
On opening the box I was initially thrown with the “DIY plug”. The next surprise after fiddling about with the plug was the charger has to go in at angle on the vacuum cleaner. This item works like a dream BUT don’t be fooled by the excellent sized water collection container. It actually only holds about 2 - 3 tablespoons of window condensation water (the plastic container is marked with 2 lines indicating when it needs emptying). If you go too far over the top line & turn the vacuum cleaner on its side, the water leaks out of the bottle. This design fault really needs addressing as it seriously lets itself down. Otherwise, it does the job I bought it for.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Karcher WV 1 Handheld Window Vacuum Cleaner: ''We do not advise that the WV 1 is used upside down as this could cause water to get into the motor and cause potential damage to the machine.
