I bought this after Xmas and it's my most favourite purchase!! I live in a first floor flat and my windows, in the winter, are always covered in condensation! This is so easy and quick to use.. sucks the water up leaving my windows streak free. We also use it in the bathroom after showing on my mirror and bath tiles.

Fabulous gadget
Absolutely fantastic little gadget. Does exactly what you need it to do effectively and efficiently. Good run time, I use it most days on my windows in winter and just charge it ever 3/4 days so it doesn’t run down completely. Would highly recommend. Really light and no effort to use.

I bought this as I had lost the charger to my old one. Glad to see that the design hadn't changed and the charger was the same. I use it very frequently - cleans the shower nicely but I mainly use it for removing condensation from windows in this cold damp weather. I will keep the old one for outside widows - about 6 years old but still works perfectly. I prefer the new white colour.

After checking with the supplier they have advised:
A replacement 250mm suction head is available for this model of machine. Unfortunately we do not manufacture a 170mm suction head for this model.
There may be a couple of companies that manufacturer a compatible one if you check the internet.
