Brought a couple of weeks ago optimistically but generally please with my purchase, simple to put together and use, great storage wise would help if it had more of a workout plan but these are easier sourced online

Easy to use
I bought this a few weeks ago. Easy to set up and easy to use. Only downside is the instructions could have done with a few other exercises, but doesn’t distract from the product. Good sturdy product would highly recommend.

Reasonable price but limited functionality
A useful item but given the elastic length is has limited applications...above the head presses etc OK but too long for curls etc

Worth the money for the bar alone
I bought this half price a while back and I can't fault it for the money. I've upgraded the carabiners so I can use them with resistance loop bands and it's been great. The factory resistance bands don't provide a huge amount of resistance.

Optiresistance bar
Good product.. But for me personally.. Feel it's more suited to a taller person.. As I could feel much resistance.. Within the range of movement I could apply.. I'm sure.. For the taller amongst us.. It would be fine..

Good solid bar!
Good solid bar, the parts screw together rather than using spring pins like some cheap ones use. This gives to a good solid bar, and the option of a shorter bar leaving the centre piece out. Quite weighty, not thin rolled steel. The bands are a bit long, but can easily be sorted by doubling them over through the bootstrap. I only really wanted a good bar to use with my other resistance bands, and solid straps for resistance and isometric hold exercises, and it works well for this too. The loops on the ends are on bearings, so swivel as you exercise, and the bar is nicely foam padded. The bands have a concertina outer cover, so safe if you were unfortunate to have a band snap. All in all, a quality set that is twice the price most places.
