Pointless
It was a rubbish purchase, save your money and get the official items. The number of times it just doesn't charge makes the unit pointless. I've been to the store twice, and it's still subpar.

Great Charging Port For My Meta Quest 3
I purchased this about a month ago. Very easy to set up and looks great too. Charges my Meta Quest 3 and Controllers up and this enables me to play for a good 2 to 3 hours.

Not so great
The idea is Greta but the execution isn't. The headset doesn't hold up within the base and has to be supported. It takes a few placements to get it changing, if there is any movement it can move off its changing polls. The batteries that come with the charger (for the hand controllers) are good but the poata where you place them are complicated to get set to charge. Overall, I don't recommend this.

The STEALTH Storage and Charging Station For Meta Quest 3 does not come with it's own storage case and is only for the storage and charging of the Meta Quest 3.

I can maybe shed some light on this.
I had this problem but I was plugging the usb into the PlayStation to charge it as this was the closest port. The PlayStation wasnt strong enough to charge it. I plugged it into the wall and it charged perfectly. Maybe the same issue?

Unfortunately not, its designed for gravity to pull the headset and controllers down so the pins can connect and charge. If you tried to mount this on a wall then the headset might just me able to sit in it, but it would be very insecure if it worked.
