It's good if you don't add a battery strap to the headset. I still use it but a battery strap is a better investment.

Great charging station, a must have addition for your meta quest headset. You pay a lot of money for your headset, I’ve seen instances where using the USB-C lead plugged directly into the Meta Quest, can cause the socket on it burn or melt. Once you’ve changed your headset, don’t leave it on permanent charge. If you wear glasses you can get a adjustable black spacer mask increasing the distance between your glasses and headset lenses, they have two adjustable knob’s on each side, be warned, if using this attachment your headset won’t fit in this charging station!

Great customer service poor quality product
Bought this as a Christmas gift but did not work and had to get full refund. Then saw other reviews on other websites where other people had similar issues. Can not fault Argos full refund given and excellent customer services.

Terrible product - AVOID!!!
At first glance it looked like a great deal. However the product is plagued with faults! 1. The handset charge indicators show green = fully charged. but when you go to use them in fact they are only 20% 2. Same issue for the headset indicator too. 3. Using this Charging dock actually BROKE my right controller (charge only holds for 20mins before fully depleting). 4. Stealth customer service is AWFUL. I sent a mail to them prior to my review to try and find a fix. But their reply to all the above issues was that none of it was their fault or problem. So I returned to Argos next day. (I am now in direct talks with Meta to try and arrange an out of warranty repair for my right controller).

The STEALTH Storage and Charging Station For Meta Quest 3 does not come with it's own storage case and is only for the storage and charging of the Meta Quest 3.

I can maybe shed some light on this.
I had this problem but I was plugging the usb into the PlayStation to charge it as this was the closest port. The PlayStation wasnt strong enough to charge it. I plugged it into the wall and it charged perfectly. Maybe the same issue?

Unfortunately not, its designed for gravity to pull the headset and controllers down so the pins can connect and charge. If you tried to mount this on a wall then the headset might just me able to sit in it, but it would be very insecure if it worked.
