About this product
This Jak floating shelf gives you display space for books, plants and collectables without taking up any floorspace. It mounts directly to the wall with a concealed bracket system, so the fixings stay hidden and the focus stays on what you're showing off. The light oak wood effect finish adds warmth to living rooms, hallways or bedrooms. It's 120cm wide, giving you plenty of room to arrange your favourite items. The shelf supports up to 7kg, enough for a decent collection of books or a few potted plants.
The wall fixings are included, so you've got what you need to get it up and secure. The floating design keeps the look minimal and uncluttered, letting your displays do the talking. decent enough, you get what you pay for
Solid enough for what I bought it for, although it was a bit annoying to install as the tolerances were out. It's nothing special but for the price you're not going to find anything better. Looks okay and is solid enough when you eventually get it up.

Better than I expected!
If you have an enough blank space on the wall and if you don't need to adjust the position to other furniyures and shelves , yes it is so easy to install. But on the other side if you are trying to install it in tight spaces, it might be a big pain. First of all there is no drilling template which is a must for these kinds of installations. I had to take measurements of the metal mount yo the shelf unit then try to place it to the wall yomark the drilling holes while trying to balance it to ground level. Then I placed the shelf on the same spot to check if it fits or not after 2 3 adjustments I finally drilled the holes. Instead of the screws came within the box I used longer screws and wall plugs just to be sure that it is more steady. In the end I have a nice shelf almost the same size of my 55 inch tv. The shelf is light, thick and glossy. The glossy overlay and thickness makes it easy to stick/remove some ornaments or stickers to the front side (enough space and suitable overlay material). Tı be honest I am happy with the purchase I made. And also it is cheap.
