[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the easiness of this product, the Bluetooth connectivity to the app with app guidance for warm ups and cool downs is such a brilliant idea. It gives you total control over what you want to do. The economics of it are second to none, it can be held various ways which are shown to you within the app during sessions. Attachments too are fantastic, with this model boasting four attachments with five speeds and three heat levels - perfect for really working its way into your muscles to enhance recovery, optimise warm up of cool down and reduce soreness. I have been using it for some weeks now and notice a real difference, I am less in pain after working out and I particularly like that it has a heat function on one of the many heads. Neat little carry case for travel that houses the attachments and charging cable. Easy to use, charging is quick and the battery lasts. I love this product!

Perfect addition to my post-workout recovery routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Theragun Prime Plus for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made a notable difference in how my muscles feel after a workout, letting me relax with less aches. It’s pretty powerful and I’m supposed how quiet it manages to be letting me watch tv whilst using it. I like how easy it is to grip and move around and reach hard to reach places like my shoulders easier than other massage gyms I’ve had in the past. I will say I’ve especially liked the heated percussive attachment which I can’t say I’ve heard of before now. The battery life has been reliable so far, lasting me quite a few sessions before I have to recharge. Overall - good product with many cool features which makes it very easy to use, worth the investment even if it is on the pricier side.

Powerful, solid piece of kit!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is powerful! 1000% more power than cheaper alternatives found on popular chinese sites. Love the packaging and carry bag it comes in keeping everything together, came with the pre installed heating head and 3 other heads for different areas and uses, has 3 heat settings which are really soothing and definitely helps with muscle recovery, its very powerful and if you hit a bone it can be slightly painful like being punched but once my wife got the hang of using it on my back its very soothing & relaxing, I carry heavy loads while delivering and often suffer with back pain and this has definitely helped recovery. At the price point of this machine it would put me off buying it but having tried it id say its worth the price and would recommend to anyone who has muscle issues whether through work or gym 100%. The design of the machine is great as the shape of the handle does allow the user to hold in different places to reach areas which other ones would be uncomfortable trying to reach if using it by yourself, it really shows alot of thought went into that and its definitely an advantage over other makes. The heated head heats up really fast, almost straight away so no issues in waiting for the heat. Also comes with a short cable for charging but its just a usb c plug so i was able to use my phone cable which is longer so storing while charging gave me more places to keep it out the way rather than it being right next to the sockets. Overall a great machine for muscle ache & recovery and very powerful and if used incorrectly could cause injury so keep out the reach of little ones. With the Therabody app you can create your own routines and track usage etc which is also great and doesnt take hardly any storage on your phone, and is a great added benefit to this product, although I haven't used the app alot so far once ive settled into using this and finding my sweet spot of settings ill use it alot more. Its quite heavy and feels very well built & solid unlike cheaper ones and i feel you definitely get what you pay for.

It’s slightly noisy but not too bad comes with multiple attachments and can also purchase others to go with it. It comes in a lovely solid box so no damage during delivery and has a handy case to keep the fun and attachments safely together when not in use

Right out of the box, the thing looked sharp—modern design, not bulky at all. It’s pretty lightweight too, so even if I use it for a while, my arm doesn’t get tired. The grip feels natural in my hand, which means I’m not constantly adjusting or worrying about it slipping. Using it couldn’t be easier. You flip the power button—it’s exactly where you’d want it— and you get a handful of attachments to play around with. Each one’s made for something specific, whether you’re trying to work out stubborn knots or just looking for a gentle massage on sore spots. I usually stick with the standard ball attachment. It’s awesome for digging into my tight shoulders, especially after a long day hunched over my laptop. Now what really surprised me was how quiet this thing is. My old massager sounded like a jackhammer and made it impossible to relax with music or a show. The Prime Plus is way quieter, so I actually look forward to using it and don’t have to crank the TV up just to hear what’s going on. As for how well it works, I really notice a difference. My muscles don’t feel as stiff or sore, even after tough workouts. On rest days, I’ll still use it and I’ve picked up on a small increase in flexibility. One bonus I didn’t expect? Very effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing. I am a long term runner and gym member and I have found soreness often in my left thigh from hip to knee and my right shoulder. Rest, stretching and rolling have not helped. Since I have been using my theragun the pain has been greatly reduced. I am able to use it on and target the specific areas that are sore. I find it powerful and easy to use with various settings and attachments I can alternate through to make it effective. A great, cost effective purchase.

Grate product worth every penny!

Iv been using it after work as on my feet all day and suffer from hip pain I have noticed a difference when getting up after resting.
