Amazing Recovery tool
As an active family, this massage gun hit all the points! Red light for cell circulation, massaging for tension/muscle relief, heat, and pressure attachments. The only downfall is this machine doesn’t come with the cold attachment, which in my opinion, this top of the line (and high price point) machine should include.

One of the best self-care devices on the market
We had the OG Theragun and it lasted well over 6 years. No issues with rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, I got one of the attachments stuck when I used superglue to fix one of the attachments and it stuck to the Theragun connector. The Theragun ProPlus is SO much quieter than the OG. I can barely hear it when I have our air purifier on for white noise. The digital display, the multiple speeds, the heat attachment, the vibrating attachment, the red light therapy, pulse reader, and being able to use the cold plus attachment makes this the #1 Theragun device EVER!! It takes the pains away and helps prepare your body for exercise as well as with recovery. I've tried the lower end "percussion massagers" and none of them can come close to what Theragun offers and how Theragun performs.

No male plug
Very presumptuous and cheapens your product by not including a male plug for charging After two weeks of back and forth with your chat bot because you do not provide a phone number I am awaiting the plug you are mailing me to charge the thing and try it Before deciding whether to keep or return

Best purchase of the year as someone that works on their feet 12+ hours a day six days a week. This is a great investment to have help with bodyaches soreness and helps keep me mobile. It is well built and has good power.

Heated Pro Model gets increasingly noisy until lubed (but noise returns)
I purchased the Therabody Pro model w/heat and upon minimal use, the unit makes increasing noise until I use the lubricant provided which will quiet the unit down but only for 1 or 2 uses. I am currently in contact with Therabody and hope they will replace it with a new unit as I feel there is something wrong with the product. I have rated this the lowest score at this time due to this problem, but hope to update this after my situation is handled by Therabody. Upon initial contact I submitted a video upon their request and they indicated the noise level was normal. I had recently lubricated the device so I hope to update it with a more current video showing the problem.
