More useful than expected

I thought it would be just something nice to have when I fancied a bit of TLC, but I have found that this is really good for sports as well. I do weight training a few times a week and also run and I’ve been using this before as a warm-up and then after for muscle recovery and it’s been really helpful. It’s really easy to use and comes with three different attachments for different areas of the body. The handle allows you to hold it in multiple ways, which allows you to reach hard to access areas.

It offers three speeds, however I don't think I'd be able to go past the first setting! The battery lasts ages and can be easily charged with the c charger given.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great massage gun, which comes with 3 attachments. The standard ball is perfect to reduce tension all over the body. The dampener helps to reduce aches & pains & the thumb is for the lower back & trigger points to ease pains. The handle is ergonomic & can be held in three different ways, it comes with a cable for easy charging & the charge lasts a long time. The app is really easy to use & link your device. It syncs to your workouts & suggests a tailored massage therapy plan which I love. It has easy videos to follow, to make sure you get the treatment exactly where you need it. Ive found it’s especially relaxing before bed. A great device especially if you love to work out!

Easiest relief for stiffness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i tell you i dont know how i lived without this before honestlyyyy … i struggle with stiff neck all the time as i have straight neck syndrome and having this to hand whenever my neck is tense has been amazing would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone especially if you suffer with sore muscles or stiffness 10/10

However if you have a stiff neck or shoulder it is not always comfortable to hold your arm up. Minimal noise and easy to wipe between uses. Well packaged and presented. Has quite a lot of vibration through handle and is extremely powerful. I would have preferred a lower setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels comfortable on the area your using it, haven’t charged it yet so seems lasting, easy to carry around and pack in a bag if needed, build could be a bit better as the top end seems the heaviest where the motor is.
