Ideal for medium size garden
Have used 3 times and very happy with the results. Delivered within 2 days of ordering. Worth noting that the batteries and ancillary parts are wedged inside the body beside the blade. Was easy to build and took about 10 min from getting everything out the box to being up and running. Fairly light to push or move to store, but leaves neat stripes on the grass. Trigger is quite sensitive and it has cut out a few times as I turn the mower around at each end of the garden. Usually takes about 20 min to cut my grass and the batteries are down to about 50% after that. I’m happy with it and would recommend.

Works well but tricky putting it together.
I spent a long time reviewing reviews on similar lawnmowers. I eventually chose the Flymo Easistore because of the Flymo name, its got a low cutting feature and stores easily. However, it wasn't that easy to put together - the written instructions were not clear, and I eventually followed a youtube video, where the words - this is a bit fiddly was repeated more than once! The grassbox was also fiddly. Having said that - once it was up and running - it works very well. I noticed some criticism about the short battery life, but I managed two smallish lawns, on the 2 batteries provided. It also fitted nicely into my small shed. I would recommend the lawnmower, but with reservations about the putting together aspect.

Smooth lawnmower
Lovely lightweight smooth cut and does the edges really well, glad I've got 2 batteries with it, they need a good charge first, once they are low don't take long to recharge, cutting my lawns now is a lot quicker but not sure it is suitable for a big lawn. Also like how smaller it it and takes up less space in my little shed

Great cordless mower
An excellent product for anybody who wants a cordless mower.I was pleased to receive this item .I had a cordless mower a few years ago - different brand and the battery didn't last 2 years and the cost at the time to replace the battery was almost the same price as the mower so I reverted to the corded one I still had hope that these batteries last longer. The box was too heavy for me to manage -i have a bad back - but my daughter put the mower together for us to use.The grass was quite long by the time we had to wait for a dry day we selected a number 3 cut.i cut the front lawn and my daughter did the back.It was fine for me to use.I managed to empty it too and it was not to much for my back.My daughter who has never used a lawn mower before was very happy with it as she would not use a corded one as she is afraid she would cut the cable. It cuts right up to the edge which is good for me.The collection box is a good size and it's excellent that it can be stored by standing it flat on end.

Very good mower
Really pleased with this, I didn’t realise how rubbish my previous mower was until I used this! My garden looks beautiful. Lightweight which is good as I’m only 5,2. Added bonus is it’s cordless! I did a 1 large and 1 medium sized garden with the one charge. Easy to set up and use. Great mower!

Compact but Powerful - impressive
I was excited when this lawnmower was delivered. I opened the box and realised that there was some self assembly involved; the handle, grass box, handle and other bits that needed to be assembled. The instructions were just pictures so it took me a while to get it right and properly assembled. I was getting fed up with it tbh especially the grass box as it was awkward to clip into place, but an hour later, it was done. I should add that the batteries & chargers were wedged under the mower blade (see photo). I thought they were missing at first. You do need both batteries inside the mower for it to work. I thought one was a spare but I later realised that you need both for the power. Not a problem really as there are 2 chargers. The mower looks neat and compact and not cumbersome. Well made and even though the majority of it is plastic, it doesn't feel plasticky! Ok, so we had loads of rain recently so this was a challenge as the grass was long. I must admit, I didn't expect it to perform well but on the 3rd height setting, it went through the grass that was about half a foot long! (See video). Because of the size of the mower, the grass box needs regular emptying but the first cut is always the hardest work and this mower didn't disappoint. The grass box has a C shape on the bit that goes into the body of the mower so reduces the grass spillage when taking off to empty. The battery life is about 25 minutes but for small gardens it's ample time. Storage is great too!! I have dexterity problems and this lawnmower was a pleasure to use. The only moans I have is the initial assembly but that's not enough to knock off a star because you only assemble the once. I recommend this lawnmower for small gardens or larger lawns for maintenance. I hope this review has been informative as I've tried to cover all aspects. If you decide to buy, I hope you enjoy!!!

Fantastic addition to any garden!
Love this compact foldaway cordless Flymo lawnmower. My first chance today to unpack my box and assemble ready to mow the lawn. Was a bit daunted at first when I saw the instructions to put it together but it was easy and straight forward. Charged the two batteries whilst I was assembling the Flymo. Once batteries showed a steady green light I easily inserted in the front lift up flap of mower. This can be used with or without the grass box at the back and I wanted to use. There are lights on the panel at the top of the handle to show you the battery life which was handy. A few weeks ago I mowed the lawn with a hover mower and as my garden is on a hill it was a real effort. Today it was very easy and almost effortless with the Flymo EasiStore Cordless. This has wheels so makes manoeuvring round the garden a lot easier. It cut up quite close to the eager and was easy to empty once the grass box was full. There’s a little flap on the top of the grass box that closes once full. Changing the height of the mower was simple and no tools needed as you just change the bar of the side…there are 5 positions to choose from. Once I’d finished the lawns( I’ve 2 small and 1 larger) it was easy to collapse the mower ready to be stored. I took out the batteries and will charge again once I mow again. Mowing 3 lawns used up most of the battery life which I am happy with because I can do the whole garden on one charge. So happy it was cordless too as I didn’t spend time trying not to run over the lead! Very happy with my new mower and would recommend to everyone.

Hello Ris,
The supplier has advised the Flymo EasiStore 340R 34cm Cordless Rotary Lawnmower - 36V does not mulch the grass cuttings.
Thank you for using Q&A.
No, it doesn’t.
For me, 25 minutes but my grass was long as it was First cut so mower uses more power. If you are maintaining the garden, you should get 30-35 minutes. But if you keep stopping and starting, it uses more battery life. I hope this helps.
