Poor design choices after years of great airfryers
I got the AF180 to replace my AF300 dual drawer one only because I needed a bigger drawer space (and only needed a single drawer). I really liked the AF300, a quality product, which after 3.5 years of weekly use is still going strong. This AF180 has some childish design flaws - 1. The shiny plastic surface at the top scratches if you breathe on it. After only one month, and only putting coasters on it (with device off), its got lots of tiny scratches - makes the brand new air-fryer look years old. 2. The crisper plate is full of unnecessary nooks and crannies - sharp radiuses - that make cleaning difficult. Its designed for people who have permanently fully working dishwashers. Its entirely unnecessary for this usage. 3. They replaced the selector pads with buttons (across the range) but the problem is they put little lights in the buttons. These lights don't light up whats written on the buttons, they actually cause glare under the writing making it difficult to see in low lighting (such as in a kitchen in the evening in winter). Its ridiculous that these childish design errors are being made years after the designing really good air-fryers, like the dual zone ones.

Just what I wanted
This was just what I wanted. It has a large capacity, and last week I cooked a 1.6kg chicken and it was delicious. Mostly since then I have used it for roasting vegetables, and it is easier to use than my oven because it is on a tabletop. I have not used all the functions yet, looking out for recipes"

Brilliant
This is a brilliant piece of air fryer. The capacity is great. I roasted a whole chicken and it’s the best I ever had. Cooks every thing to perfection Beef, fish, and vegetables. I don’t have a microwave so to preheat my foods in this is amazing + it only takes half the time than an oven. Saves a lot of energy.

Now an essential part of my kitchen equipment
I bought a Ninja Max Pro air fryer a couple of weeks ago for 2 sometimes 3 of us and I'm very pleased with it indeed. Ample capacity, cooks efficiently and is easy to clean. Preheating, if required, only takes 3 minutes. Food items get far crispier that they ever do in my main oven. Wouldn't be without it now!

A Silent Ninja
To be fair I have not used it yet. It cost over a hundred & 30+ so at the moment im just admiring it. I also have a tower 2 draw fryer so im mainly using that at moment and saving the ninja in case the tower becomes unusable. The ninja looks sleek and is spacious I like the fact you can cook at 2 levels in the same basket. Lots of buttons I would prefer larger readable labels for the different buttons because my eyes are not great.

Pleasantly surprised
It took me a LONG time to decide if buying a ninja air fryer would be the right thing to do. The one I had was good but didn’t last so I was looking to get one. Took a chance and I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m still getting use to it, getting the temperature etc. I’m glad I got it

Yes, you can make bread in the Air Fryer Max using the dedicated BAKE function, which is ideal for bread and other baked goods. Simply select BAKE on the control panel and set the temperature according to your recipe. The crisper plate should be placed in the lower position, and if you are using a baking tin or dish, the crisper plate can be removed entirely. When converting a conventional oven recipe, reduce the temperature by 10°C and check the bread regularly, as the air fryer bakes more efficiently. The BAKE function is specifically designed to give even, consistent results, making it great for bread, cakes, and other treats.
Yes..although I do have to squash a large one before putting in...but I dont mind breaking the breastbone.
This air fryer can fit up to 4 chicken breasts in its drawer.
The dimensions of the drawer are the following: H:23cm x W:23cm x D:15cm

Yes, you can cook inside the Ninja AF180UK without the crisper plate for more space, but the crisper plates helps with the air flow inside the basket, and also provide better crispy results. We advise to use parchment paper, foil, or a small oven-safe rack to improve airflow if the crisper plate is removed.
Yes! You can use a rack inside the Ninja AF180UK drawer to cook different foods on separate levels. The AF180UK supports a multi layer rack accessory, which is designed to fit inside the basket and create extra cooking space.
The serial number of the airfryer can be found at the back of the airfryer, on the lower side.

Leave them on, those black rubber tabs stay in place to protect the drawer from scratches and keep the crisper plate on site.
