I use these to run, the provide good sound and don’t hurt your inner ears. I have small ears but they still fit around them very well, they don’t bounce or wiggle when you run. They provide good sound but also you can hear background noise which I think is good for safety for road traffic.

I bought these as an extra set ( I already have the original shockz which I cannot recommend enough!) These are great except for when it rains. Every rain drop either turns them off or skips a song. I still use them often but dont recommend on rainy days

The earbuds have built-in touchpads that allow you to control audio playback and calls. You can use a long-press gesture on either earbud to mute or reject calls.
