Reliable & cheap
Bought this to replace a previous mixer. Less good quality, but for £10 it does what I need it to, i.e. basic cake mixing.

Good looking and efficient hand mixer
Excellent value mixer. Not noisy and good speeds to choose from. I would have liked a longer lead but all in all this is a very good value hand mixer.

Cookworks hand mixer basic
Bought it as my previous Philips hand mixer broke after20 years! The length of the attachments is quite short, also the central for the speed was not ergonomic. In the middle of mixing, you can't place it on its head as it topples over. Used it once and on realising it was not as expected, I tried to return , but Argos refused to take it back as it was used!! My point was: till you use it, how are you to know if it works as you wanted.would not recommended, until n unless it's just for beating eggs /

Whisking wonder
It has been a month since I am using the product and it works great for whisking. I feel a kneading attachment can make this product exceptional.

Hi
Cookworks Basic Hand Mixer
Yes, the Cookworks Basic Hand Mixer can be used to mix and whip cream. This function is one of the standard uses for this appliance, which is designed for various mixing tasks in baking.
The hand mixer usually comes with flat beaters and often includes a "turbo" boost button which helps with whipping tasks.
Tips for whipping cream:
Use the correct attachment: Ensure you are using the wire whisk or the flat beater attachments, as these are designed to incorporate air needed for whipping.
Use a high speed: The best results for whipping cream are achieved using a high speed setting or the turbo function to quickly incorporate air.
Keep ingredients cold: For the best and fastest results, ensure your cream is very cold, and consider chilling your mixing bowl and beaters beforehand.
Avoid overmixing: Stop mixing as soon as the cream forms stiff peaks, as overmixing can turn it into butter.
