Inconvenient features
The mixer was way too fast with no slower setting. It also smelled like burning after just a few minutes of easy mixing. Annoying that it doesn't sit on its own either and needs to be held when you place it down.

A bit surprising
I brought this as a replacement to one I had but dropped! It works well enough but I was surprised that none of the previous attachments fitting this new mixer due to what seems like a way of stopping you from using older attachments that are universal. Plus it's too easy to adjust the speed by the most gentle of touches.
