Very disappointed with product.
Very disappointed with product. We had a similar one in same make for years which sliced perfectly. This one did not slice well and bread it tore rather than smoothly sliced. Returned product for a refund.

You can sharpen the stainless steel blade as needed using a honing steel. Replacement blades are also available if needed after prolonged use.

The Food Slicer is able to cut cooked meat. Please ensure all bones, string and skewers are removed, prior to slicing. For best results when slicing warm meat and poultry, allow cooked meat to stand for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
