I bought this to blend up food for an elderly cat. It did a really good job. the only difficulty is fitting the blending piece to the main body - it is rather stiff.

Do not over use this hand Blender at once. Abide by the instructions, as it will break down on you. Otherwise it is good. It does the job. Maybe pulsing it is the way to do it.
