Okay but flimsy blade
This is an okay product, the only downside for us was the blade, it bows out in the middle leaving a gap when you are trying to cut anything.

Reasonably priced - good for sourdough
I bought this because I can't cut sourdough bread with an ordinary bread knife. Being left handed, the slices are uneven and that's on ordinary bread, but cutting through sourdough is nigh on impossible. I used the coarse blades for the task and I was pleasantly surprised to have fairly even slim slices. You do have to work the knife a little bit to get through the outer crust. I haven't tried it on anything else yet, but so far so good. It's easy to set up and a very reasonable price.
