Only used in handheld mode so far. Cleans grout more than scrubbing, but won’t get rid of established mould. Have had this model before, it broke while being used to steam off wallpaper so hope it last longer this time (repurchased as no obvious better option for same price point)

I can advise that the H2O HD 5-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld Steam Cleaner does not dry the carpet but steam cleaning leaves the carpet dryer than a regular carpet cleaner and will dry quicker when well ventilated.

Having checked the instructions, it advises the steamer is not suitable to be used on leather, wax-polished furniture or floors, unsealed hardwood or parquet floors, unglazed ceramic floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate steam-sensitive materials.
It is advised to check with the Stone Floor manufacturer to confirm if the flooring is suitable for steam cleaning.
