Yes I have personally used these for about 5 years now on my 4B-4C hair, I use on 210-230 degrees sometimes when doing my silk press. Definitely helps to make my hair silky and soft. Worth the purchase for sure, mine recently broke down and I will be repurchasing!

“ While we do not have clear examples of the product being used for 4b Afro hair, it has been used with great success on thick, very curly hair so it should also work on 4b Afro hair. ”

This product does not contain any oil in the ceramic plates.
I would recommend S8550 if the customer wants oil infused plates.

I think they would be to heavy for fine hair.. better off with a thin pair of straighteners. Might pull on your hair and damage it
