Sounds like it may be formatted to FAT32, it only allows 32GB MAX. Backup your data on it and re-format to exFAT to get the full amount of space.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the SanDisk Ultra 100MB/s USB 3.0 Flash Drive - 128GB: Unfortunately this product is not compatible with the Samsung smart TV due to the formatting of the drive, however the SanDisk Ultra 100 MB/s USB 3.0 Flash Drive - 32GB available on Argos is compatible.
