The bath toys I think are made of that type material but the other toys are made of hard plastic. Please note the pictures show a tall rattle kind of reminds me of a giraffe but this toy isn’t included in the set

I have looked into this for you and can confirm that this Chad Valley Baby 10 Piece Gift Set is free of BPA and Phthalates. However, I must advise that the Starfish, Crocodile and Duck are made from PVC.
