Hard to set up and when finished, it would not print in black. A first test run showed a few black dots and the second test run no black at all. Colour printed ok. I removed the black cartridge and reinserted it but still no black.

Good quality printer with great features
We bought this a couple of weeks ago and are very happy with it. It is much quicker than our last printer and having double sided printing is very convenient. Great printer abd would recommend to others.
