Good sound, terrible Bluetooth.
Bought to replace my previous gen QC wired. The Bluetooth connectivity is cumbersome, and if connected to multiple devices leads to poor audio quality from the mic. Would recommend the old wired versions if you want a good headset. Cable is thinner and cheaper than previous model.

Bose QuietComfort SC: A Worthy Successor.
As a long-time user of the QuietComfort line—my QC35 II Silver served me faithfully from late 2019 until one side finally gave out last year—I was hesitant when looking for a replacement. When I saw the new QuietComfort SC Over-Ear Wireless Headphones were priced a bit lower than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised, but also a little cautious that Bose might have cut corners on the quality. After using them for a couple of weeks, I can happily say those fears were unfounded. Bose has managed to deliver the same signature experience. The overall feel of the headphones is premium and comfortable for long listening sessions, and most importantly, the sound quality is excellent—rich, clear, and perfectly balanced. It's been a smooth transition, and I'm very satisfied. So far, the QuietComfort SC feels like the perfect blend of value and quality, maintaining everything I loved about my old pair.

Fantastic sound and build quality
I like listening to both classic music and heavy metal. This sound quality from the Bose is amazing and with the app you have access to an equaliser that helps one fine tune the experience. They fit snugly over my head (which is smaller than for most men...) and the battery lasts long (~ a week listening a few hours daily). I am very pleased with the purchase - it's great for those who want a unique Bose experience in terms of the sound rather than just a crazy bass heavy one although you can boost it. It is simple to use and I like the fact that it has physical buttons.

The benchmark for headphones
I previously owned a set of Bose wired headphones and the sound quality across the entire eq spectrum was fantastic. I liked them so much that I didn’t look to any other manufacturer when the time came to replace them. Not wanting to spend any more than I had to I opted for the quiet comfort sc, which come with only a soft case to keep the price down. The headphones are exactly the same as the normal quiet comfort model, and actually the soft case is still a really nice quality zip closing padded pouch with an internal pocket for charging cable, and auxiliary cable if you ever want to plug them in headphones in to a Jack socket. The headphones have a very simple but neat way of folding flat to slip into the case. Bluetooth setup was easy, and via the Bose app you can easily configure the noise cancelling feature, and adjust eq across 3 basic frequency bands. The noise cancelling is very effective when set to maximum, or when set to minimum you can easily hear what is going on around you. Having not listened to any other headphones I can’t fairly rate the sound, but I’m very pleased. Certainly I’m really enjoying all my music through them and hearing so many new details that I’ve never noticed before. I’ve used the headphones for one phone call and the person I spoke to said they could hear me just like normal. Would recommend / buy again.

Satisfactory headphones
I have an old pair of Bose over ear wired headphones, and they always blew me away with the sound quality right across the eq spectrum. They set a really high bar. I have judged all other headphones against them since. When the time finally came to replace them I only looked at Bose products, and being short of disposable income opted for the most budget friendly offering, the quiet comfort SC. Before purchase I learned that the SC just means you only get a soft case, but the headphones are the same product. The unboxing was pleasing, as was the setup. Bluetooth connection is easy and the Bose app allows for easy adjustment of the noise cancelling, which I’m impressed with. I’ve never had noise cancellation before, and these headphones allow for letting ambient sound in, or electronically cancelling it out, which are both useful in different environments. Build quality, fit, feel and comfort are all really good. Sound quality is really decent. It doesn’t blow me away, but it’s very good. I spent several hours listening to music on them and enjoyed constantly hearing details in my favourite music that I’d never heard before. I haven’t listened to any of the competitors products so can’t give a fully qualified opinion on these( but I’m not disappointed. May also be worth mentioning that the headphones come with a Jack to Jack cable should you want to plug them in to your device. Probably unlikely that anyone will plug into much in this day and age, but great to see that all requirements are catered for 👍🏻
