Cleans well.
Bought couple of months ago. Been away so only used 3 times. Quite heavy to push, does not glide like my previous steamer. Water container very small and if you switch to 'max' steam the floor is left very wet so I set it around three quarters. However it does clean well.

I bought this recently the floor steamer works well ,but would like the steam to be a bit longer when cleaning.Having cleaned windows with the hand held machine I found it a bit heavy with the lead.

Works fine on our large tiled area of floor, the only problem is holding the operating switch up whilst using, could do with some sort of locking mechanism with a quick release

Highly recommend this steam cleaner.
I bought this 2 weeks ago. I've used it on most of the surfaces and floors in my home. It is so effective both to clean floors and surfaces. It leaves everything hygienic, clean, shiny and best of all, smelling fresh without using strong smelling cleaning products. It's so easy to use and the lead is very long so you don't have to worry about how far it will reach.

I bought this to replace a previous steam cleaner from VAX, however i have to say it is not as good as the previous one. The water tank is split into 2compartments , where as the other was in one and was at the top of the handle. I have found it very awkard to use. It does steam the floor well but not come upto my expectations.

I bought this to replace my old steamer,having had a vax hoover I thought I would try the steamer.What a great unit it does all the jobs I need it for fantastic.i am so pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade.

This was a replacement for my older Vax steam mop which had broken down after years of good service. I like the new one for it's slightly updated design and it's additional features like the steam boost and variable steam.

Best cleaner on the market
This is incredible product to use my Vac's steamer heats up within a few seconds I have the upgrade version with all the extra cleaning tools for the grout in my shower and to clean my oven racks and the floor steamer parts have different graded cleaning mats. It extremely effective smells lovely the antibacterial deodoriser cleans my floors consistently every time. So easy to use multiple times a day with young babies, children and messy husbands. I got both the hard floor cleaner and the steam detergent. I cleaned my shower and my grout came up like new I wish I had have took before and after photos as the grout had gone a pinky colour im unsure why but now its brilliant white again. Such a fantastic fragrance it smells so clean and fresh. I only just got it but I think I'm going to be using it everyday on everything.
