Really love this dual steamer. I was reluctant to get another trigger one because I wanted one that constantly gushes out steam - however this does gush steam by frequently using the trigger. Floors are spotless and feel really sanitized. The hand held steamer is great for kitchen worktops/bathroom screens etc.

Very effective floor cleaner which is easy to use and so much better than cold water cleaning tools. It doesn't actually put much water down and so the floor dries very quickly. Highly recommended.

Easy to assemble and use ,I had last same model for 7 years, I only replaced because it didn't seem as efficient as normal, and the new one now cleans so much better. Heats up faster,leaves every where smelling clean and fresh

Very easy to set up took no time at all. Tools are stored well on the machine heat up very quick an dis lite to push around.

Don't bother
The handheld tools fall apart after a few minutes use. It does get deep dirt away on floors or any surface, the tools are flimsy and the water tank isn't big enough so your always stopping to refill and then have to wait for it to heat up again, all it does is move the dirt around. Disappointment purchase

Extremely good and actually worth it even for this price. On negative is the button to press for steam is way to hard to press as u need to press it all the way in which after a few minutes your hand Hurts ,so might be to hard for older people

Bought to replace my old model.
I bought this after my old model eventually gave up on me. I can’t complain that was brilliant too. Easy to use and the plus side is all the attachments to use as a hand held. Perfect. I use it all the time. From steaming carpets to refresh them or for cleaning windows, bathrooms etc. my only slight niggle is it could do with a longer handle. I’m 5’4” and feel I have to stoop to use it. But it’s only a slight niggle. A longer length handle as an accessory to buy and I would definitely change that.
