I have only used it twice since new but it is not steaming. We have tried everything it said to get it to steam but without luck. Wish I had never bought it.

It was all going so well...
I recently purchased the Steam Fresh Total Home cleaner. Found it easy to put together and handle. Was pleased with the way it cleaned the tiled kitchen floor on it's initial run. It was good at getting into corners and the kit seemed well thought through. I then used the hand held unit, and in the course of cleaning, used each of the various attachments. By and large all was going well until I used the soft scrubbing brush attachment to tackle the stainless steel cooker hood, which called for fairly long bursts of steam. It cleaned the hood but by the end the central bristles on the attachment had collapsed and won't be much good for future use. Disappointing.

Absolutely love it !!! Been deep cleaning my house and u can use it for so many different things. From skirting boards ...even plug holes. To cupboard fronts and tops of radiators. Floors feel so clean too....6stars for me !!!

This is my second Vax Steam fresh , this like my other machine feels like you have to push the main unit in at times as the handle control is a little temperamental & doesn’t all work the unit. Though overall it’s Ok

Amazing steam mop
I purchased this mop due to having difficulty with my hands. Very easy to use and does a great job when steam cleaning. Very easy to assemble, the water and solution compartments are easily accessible. Long cable so you can move around without needing to constantly plug in. small and compact when storing. Comes with lots of add on attachments.
