Practice Makes Perfect
I bought it two weeks ago, just used it for the first time. I am known for being clumsy & managed to pinch my finger when inserting the handle into the cleaning head. I read the instructions (which are very clear) several times, just to be on the safe side. Started cleaning the floors & am very impressed with the way the cleaning head can be manoeuvred around, & into corners, the machine is quite light & has a very long lead on it so I didn't have to keep unplugging it & plugging into another socket. Think I'll need to use it a few times before I'm confident I'm using it to it's best potential, as the saying goes practice makes perfect.

Hand held steamer great for curtains
Great steam cleaner vac , had the old style , but upgraded to the new one , it feels a bit heavier than the old one , and the hand held is great too .

Great it stands up!
I love that this machine stands up, unlike many similar mops, which have to be propped up. The pad is super easy to fit to the base, and the handheld unit is easy to remove. As others have mentioned the filling hole on the water tank is quite small, so tricky to fill without spills. Good to have the separate tank for diluted cleaning solution - it feels better and more efficient than just using water, as my previous machine did. The unit is lightweight, compared to others, so not difficult to carry upstairs, or to manoeuvre. The cord is a great length, which is a real bonus. Heat up time is excellent. I removed one star because the unit does not give a constant flow of steam, which my previous mop did - and I have got used to. This one needs a bit of practice to get right. Hold the trigger too long and you get puddles of water. Hold it too little and there is no noticeable steam. Probably user error, but at first I wondered if the unit was faulty. I don’t think it is, but I need to get used to how to get the best from it. All in all a good, lightweight steamer.

I bought this because we have pets and they leave messy little paw and bum prints. Wanted a more hygienic method of cleaning my floors without having to constantly change water in the mop bucket.

Bought it two months ago. Good quality, long cord (advantage), however the button to release steam needs to be constantly pressed for the continuous steam. Would be useful to have a clip to lock it to avoid cramps in hand.

I purchased this about a month ago and it is excellent. I use it on my laminate and tiled floors. It comes up so clean. I dont have to get down and scrub the floor anymore, the steam helps get all the stains out. Highly recommend.
