Great product for use all around the home!
Good bit of kit, lightweight and easy to use on carpets and hard floors. Detachable function for use all around the home. Only very slight complaint, the water chamber only holds 300ml and lasts about 10-15 mins on full steam.

So so. Good clean but not easy to use.
It’s alright. A bit too heavy and unwieldy, I had a cheaper model before and that was actually easier to use and didn’t hurt my back. The pads tend to drift slightly as well while you’re using it so sometimes the edges of the head are uncovered. And doesn’t give continuous steam, you have to squeeze a trigger which is very stiff and hurts my hands. Oh and when I try to take the pads off to wash, the Velcro is so strong the whole head piece usually comes off with it! Maybe it’s great if you’re a six foot bloke with big hands not so good for me.
