Easy to use
I bought the shampoo to accompany the vax car wash. I followed the instructions, fully expecting to have to repeat the process again, the day after. But, after intense cleaning and drying, the carpet came up clean. So much so, that a visitor asked “Have you got a new carpet”? Enough said . 😁😁

Missed the Spot wash
Got this to try and refresh my lounge rug and car. Whilst the Vax machine worked fine I felt that the product didn't really refresh the rug as I would have liked. It needed more of the product than the instructions stated and therefore the amount doesn’t last very long. Even using it in the car felt again the product didn’t refresh the carpets and seats which was disappointing.

Used this cleaning liquid in rugs , carpets and upholstery and it really made a big difference especially on heavy usage areas. We did then go back over with clean water to extract residual dirty water and the carpet etc looked visibly very clean.

Yes this can be used on wool carpets, however, I would recommend that when using this product on any surface, you should try a small sample area first in a non-visible area.
